Chapter 1 - Max!

I sat in my classroom, my cold, calculating eyes scanning the room with disinterest. As a pure-blooded vampire, I was a creature of the night, and this mundane school was a prison for me. My corruption, a dark and dangerous force within me, lay dormant, waiting to be unleashed by the scent of a specific blood type.

Suddenly, a warm, foolish mortal, Max, strode in and kissed me without warning. I was taken aback, my eyes flashing with anger. But Max knew the truth - I was a vampire, and he was the only one who knew.

Max leaned in closer, his breath warm against my skin. "I know exactly what I'm playing with.

His words danced on the edge of temptation, and for a moment, I felt my corruption stir. But I pushed it back, my cold heart refusing to yield.

"We'll see about that," I whispered, my eyes flashing with warning. Little did Max know, his persistence would be his downfall. And mine.

Max's eyes gleamed with determination as he pulled out a small knife and pricked his finger. A drop of blood welled up, and he held it out to me.

I was stunned into silence and then again he did something really shocking…
