"Just watch," Haruno Sakura said slyly, as she walked out of the Hokage building with Shikaku and onto the top of the Hokage rock.
Beneath them lay Konoha.
Expansive and prosperous.
"Oh, Lord Hokage, if you intended to show off the prosperity of Konoha, you've succeeded," said the Raikage, his tone tinged with envy.
"The Raikage is right," the Tsuchikage nodded. "I admit that Konoha is indeed the most powerful village... I'm no longer sure if it can even be called a village anymore."
At a glance, the borders of Konoha were not visible, and just the central city was definitely over sixty kilometers in diameter.
Is this still a village?
Their nation's capital wasn't even this vast.
"Don't be in a hurry," Haruno Sakura said with a slight smile, then turned to Shikaku beside her, "Shikaku, hold on to the signal receiver in your hands firmly, and stand at this highest point."
