The following noon, Lin Da brought Taige and Mingli to the shopping district.
Mingli was always wearing that wrinkled outfit and not bathing, emitting a foul smell. Lin Da could no longer bear it and decided to give Mingli a bit of a makeover to at least look like a normal person.
On the spacious and tidy shopping streets, Lin Da, wearing a black sun hat and casual clothes, hands in pockets, strolled with the girls.
"Wow, boss, that pizza smells amazing. Let's buy some.
Wuu, the bread tastes good.
Wuu, the grapes taste good.
The roast meat tastes good too, wuu."
Taige, holding a bunch of food, his stomach round and full, still refused to keep his mouth shut.
Mingli on Lin Da's left was the exact opposite, like a Young Lady who had just stepped out of her house for the first time, head lowered, sticking close to him, occasionally giggling foolishly.
Wherever Mingli went, passersby would go out of their way to avoid her.
"This is the place."
