This mana type is typically used and manipulated by practitioners and powerful cultivators with an infinity to it. Ironically, it is also the mana we cultivators use to cultivate.
"Then, there is Internal Mana, which is the mana that cultivators use to perform skills and techniques and amp up their physical prowess. Healers use this type of mana to perform miraculous feats of healing and magic users use this mana to power their magicks.
