[Third Person's PoV]
"Thor, you helped create this?" Steve asked as he looked towards the android.
"I had a Vision" Explained Thor, "A whirlpool that sucks in all the hope of life, and at the center of that." He said as he pointed to the glowing yellow gem at the center of the androids forehead.
"What? The Gem?" Bruce asked in confusion.
"It's the Mind Stone," Thor answered, "One of the six infinity stones. The greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities"
"Then why would you bring–" Steve began before Thor interjected,
"Because Stark is right," Thor said firmly.
"Ooooh, it's definitely the end times, isn't it?" Bruce said warily.
"The Avengers can't defeat Ultron" Thor said as he looked around.
"Not alone" The Android joined in.
"Why does your vision sound like Jarvis?" Steve asked.
"The better question is why does Jarvis sound like your vision?" Tony said sagely.
As they all looked at him, Tony blushed slightly, "I'm just talking nonsense don't mind me"
Stark rolled his eyes and explained, "We reconfigured Jarvis' matrix to make something new"
"I think I had my fill of new" Steve retorted.
The Android began walking towards them as it began to say, "You think I'm a child of Ultron"
"You're not?" Steve asked
The Android shook its head, "I'm not Ultron, I'm not Jarvis either, I am… I am…"
Tony resisted the urge to say 'Iron Man?', he missed his opportunity as Wanda then stepped up to say, "I had a look inside your head… and all I saw was annihilation"
The Android looked at Wanda and said confidently, "Look again"
"Her seal of approval means Jack shit to me" Clint added.
"Language" Tony warned not missing this one.
Steve could only groan in annoyance as he could blame no one but himself for this.
"Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone, and they're nothing compared to what it can unleash" Thor said in a warning tone, "With it by our side–"
"Is it?" Steve asked, turning to look at the Android, "Are you? On our side?"
Everyone now turned to look at the Android waiting for his words.
"... I don't think it's that simple" It finally said.
"Well it better get real simple real soon" Bruce said threateningly.
There was a pause of if the Android was carefully considering it's words, "I'm on the side of life, Ultron isn't, he would end it all"
"What's he waiting for?" Steve asked
"You" the Android retorted.
"Where?" Steve asked
"Sokovia," Tony answered confidently.
"How do you know?" Steve questioned
"During our tussle in the air I placed a bit of my symbiote on him to keep track of him before sending him away flying. That way I can keep track of him, as it is a biological tracker he wouldn't be able to find it" Tony explained quite proudly of himself.
Stark had an impressed look, while Bruce walked up to The Android and asked, "If you are a monster Ultron had created, what will you do?"
There was a tense paused in the air before the Android said, "I don't want to kill Ultron," before walking away, "He's unique and he's in pain, but that pain will roll over the earth. So he must be destroyed. Every form he's built, every trace of his presence on the net. We have to act now, and none can do it without the others."
They all stared.
"Maybe I am a monster" The Android said looking down at his own hands, "I don't think I would know if I were one"
It began walking around again before it continued, "I'm not what you are, nor am I what you intended. So they're may be no way for you to trust me. But we need to go"
Everyone continued to stare, now with a small air of disbelief as it had picked up Mjolnir and was offering it to Thor.
"Big deal, I can lift it up as well" Melissa whispered with a small huff.
There was a heavy silence that followed as Thor took the offered hammer back into his hands.
As the android walked away the awkward silence continued, breaking the silence by slightly slapping the mallet lightly against his palm, "Right…"
Thor walked towards Stark and patted him along the shoulders, "Well done"
"Three minutes… Get what you need" Steve ordered.
"Ohhh, a suit up sequence, how exciting~" Tony said, shaking his fist slightly in excitement.
Everyone meanwhile Split up and went to retrieve what they needed. Hawkeye went and got a refill on his arrows, Natasha although she had her own personal weapon constantly around her wrist she went and got a bit of extra protection. She hid small knives and a small gun around her body.
While Stark set up a new A.I into his suit, he has a flash drive with the name 'Friday' up and ready which he inserted.
Bruce went and got on a purple one piece suit which was one created by Tony with unstable molecules fibers. It is the symbol of the Avengers right on his left peck.
While Melissa looked towards Thor with narrowed eyes, "Don't forget about the promise, I will be wielding that hammer on that battlefield even if it's the last thing we do"
Thor had a faint smile, "I haven't forgotten my words"
"Good" Was all Melissa said before walking away confidently with her head held high.
After everyone had gotten what they needed they were all waiting inside the Quinjet. Steve was the last one to enter,
Tony leaned over to Melissa and whispered in a voice for everyone to hear, "Here it comes, Here it comes, one of his famous speech"
Steve smiled faintly before his expression turned serious as he headed to the front of the jet and began to address everyone.
"Ultron probably already knows we're coming, odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire. And that's what we signed up for but the people of Sokovia, they didn't. So our priority is getting them out. All they want is to live their lives in peace and that's not going to happen today but we can do our best to protect them. We can get the job done and find out what Ultron's been building and clear the field. We keep the fight between us…"
There was a silence in the air before Steven continued, "Ultron thinks of us as monster and that we're what's wrong with the world, this isn't just about beating him, it's about whether he's right"
Tony held his forearm to Melissa and mouthed the words 'Goosebumps~'
Melissa simply rolled her eyes.
