Violet barely slept a wink yesterday; she couldn't wait for this evening's reading with Arya. Ash barely slept, dealing with Violet's endless tossing and turning all day. He couldn't wait for evening either, hoping to get rest before they leave for Bucharest.
It's been a long time since he's seen his extended family including his Uncle Vince, Viktoria's and Victor's father. Violet was excited to see the where his family was from. Where the first of the Vampires were born. There would be more purebloods too. Violet's interactions with other purebloods weren't allowed because of the risk of having one of them take the first maiden in centuries. This would be her introduction to ALL of Vampire society.
Violet felt nervous and also excited, at the same time. There was so much still to do before leaving and after arriving in Bucharest.
