Ning Xixi pointed at herself in surprise: "Didn't you say we still needed to do self-introductions?"
She wasn't dead set on joining the Student Council; it just felt too sudden to be eliminated like this.
"Why the heck are you talking so much! If I say you're eliminated, then you're eliminated!" The boy commanded haughtily, rolling his eyes heavenward.
"At least give me a reason," Ning Xixi said, finding it funny.
"Your family background doesn't meet the standard, you're eliminated! Commoners are just commoners. You're delusional if you think you can join the Student Council."
Ning Xixi was momentarily at a loss for words.
If the Ning Family was considered common, then probably all of Muying High School was impoverished then?
But she didn't bother using her family background to pressure others, she simply shrugged nonchalantly: "OK, then I won't join."
Cheng Youran shouted indignantly: "You people are just too snobby! Too much, way over the top!"
