At the fourth stage, within the current human civilization, this level doesn't even reach the average and certainly doesn't qualify one to be a mere soldier.
However, for a group of students who are merely at the third stage, this military training presents a certain level of challenge.
Especially since these students are not real soldiers and have not undergone any form of militarized special training.
Otherwise, something like a simplified military formation wouldn't be understood by only one person.
It would become one of the fundamental courses in their high school education; it's just that they haven't started learning it yet.
That being said, having a certain level of challenge is just that, a challenge.
The foundation of human civilization is far stronger than that of this native world.
Though the power disparity between major tiers is vast, just a bit of foundation is enough to overcome such a tier.
