Sure, in reality, it's just a bowl of seafood soup, but in this situation, the meaning and nature of the soup are completely different.
Drinking that soup would be completing Rule 1, and isn't that just... licking feet?

If Rabbit 3 drinks it, it's essentially bowing down to BS Rita. Neither Rita nor Sea Pony would let it go.
Moreover, Rita is certain that other gods are watching them right now.
