Chapter 3 - CHAPTER 3: THE WARNING

After making fun of the police, Shadow escapes from the jail and reaches his room. He looks at a photo placed on the table—it's a picture of him and his sister. He places the photo on his chest and cries like a child, but there is no one to console him. Tears flow down his face like a river as he remembers Roy's words about his sister's death. He starts yelling, "Sis, I... I killed them! Did you see it from heaven?" His words are barely audible through his sobs. Suddenly, he bursts into laughter. "Did you see that, sister? His face! He was crying and trembling when he saw me! Did you see that?" After his crying subsides, he makes a monumental decision.

"Sister, this is not the end of the story. Everyone has to know the truth and fear. I will let this country know what fear is..."

Meanwhile, at the police headquarters, officers are reviewing the security camera footage in the seminar hall, unaware that Shadow has already switched it. The head officer slams his fist on the table, yelling at the jail management system, "How the hell did he switch the security camera recordings? What the hell are you even doing?" All the guards shake their heads, claiming they didn't see anyone at that moment. Just then, an officer's subordinate enters and says, "Sir, this is the postmortem report of Roy. It's very serious and needs to be discussed with all members."

The head officer barks, "All of you, get out of here and investigate this matter now!" His voice is filled with anger. Once the subordinates leave the hall, the head officer asks, "What about the report you mentioned?" The subordinate replies, "Sir, after examining all the criminals, we concluded one thing: they were all killed by the same person."

The officer interrupts, "I already know that. What's your point?"

"After you see this report, you will understand what I mean," the subordinate insists.

When the higher officer receives the report, he is shocked. His hands tremble, and he begins to sweat profusely. "Is there any human capable of killing like this? No way!" The report details how Roy's fingers were fractured before being cut off, the same goes for his legs. It describes how Shadow sliced off Roy's private parts and forced him to eat the pieces before decapitating him. Just then, a second subordinate rushes in, saying urgently, "Sir, it's urgent! You have to see this!"

"What now?" the higher officer sighs, following the subordinate to the hall room, where a commotion is underway.

They are watching a news channel when suddenly, a masked man appears on the screen. "GREETINGS, LADIES AND MONSTERS! I... I mean, GENTLEMEN. My name is SHADOW." He continues, "Sorry about that. The men who usually look at women with lust and do whatever they want, thinking the law doesn't apply to them, encourage others to do the same. And the police do nothing about it. Please, look at this man—I've brought him from jail." (Shadow had kidnapped the man.)

"Hmmm... you see, he is the greatest rapist in this country, who kills and rapes women casually for fun. So, I will kill him right now in front of all of you. You just need to fill out this yes or no poll—that's all you have to do. YOU CAN DO THAT, RIGHT? Please start the poll and decide his future..."

The head officer races toward the cyber office to trace the number and find Shadow to save the criminal.

The cyber technician shakes his head. "Sir, we can't do anything. He's using advanced technology to change his location every second. We can't track him."

Meanwhile, Shadow announces, "Time's up, dear people! Let's see the poll results." The head officer watches this unfold in the cyber security office, his face filled with defeat.

"Oh! Quite a reaction you all have..." Shadow claps his hands in mock appreciation. "See, Rakesh? Your future... see it with your own eyes." Rakesh watches in horror as the poll reveals his fate. Shadow pulls out a large knife and cuts off Rakesh's private parts in front of everyone, a sight that horrifies the audience. Shadow then forces Rakesh to eat his own flesh, saying, "Anything you want to say, Rakesh?"

Trembling with fear, Rakesh musters the courage to say, "I... want... to... li—" His head flies off in an instant.

"Careful, everyone! I am everywhere," Shadow warns. "I'm telling you, I am everywhere. I will hunt down
