Alex, ever vigilant, was monitoring police radio traffic when he heard a disturbing report. A passerby had reported hearing screams emanating from the trunk of a car on a nearby highway. The details were sketchy, but Alex's intuition told him that this could be a significant lead in the case of Lyse's disappearance.
He quickly went through the file he had gotten on Max and something caught his eye. Max's mother had once worked on a vast farm not far from the location of the incident and he had grown up there.
He quickly checked the location of the farm and saw that it had a lot of buildings scattered across the large expanse of land. It looked like the perfect place to hide someone.
The connection, though tenuous, was enough to spark a lead. He immediately contacted Levi, his voice filled with urgency.
"I think we might be onto something, Sir," Alex said, his voice barely containing his excitement. "There is a chance, a very real chance, that Lyse could be at a location."
