The building's employees had already been evacuated. The battle couldn't be allowed to involve innocent people, so clearing out unrelated personnel beforehand was necessary.
The employees were actually quite happy about this—they finally got a few days off from their greedy boss. Actually, that's not quite right. More than anything, they were hoping for a new chairman. Yeah… Everyone was secretly wishing that the League of Villains would just take out that fat bastard. That was their honest hope.
Pro heroes were stationed throughout the building, guarding every area strictly. They couldn't let the League of Villains succeed so easily this time. Meanwhile, All Might and Nighteye were discussing their next steps.

Though they hadn't interacted for long, Nighteye understood exactly what kind of person Midoriya Izuku was. He had chosen this dark path, and his resolve was stronger than anyone else's.
Trusting Nighteye's words, All Might nodded and went out on patrol. In the hallway, he happened to run into Endeavor.
"Are you a staff member here? Why haven't you evacuated yet?"
Endeavor's voice was deep and commanding, carrying a sense of pressure. All Might froze for a moment before realizing—he was still in his real form. To maintain full combat strength, he hadn't transformed, and now he had just run into Endeavor like this.
"Sorry… I'll leave right away!"
All Might hurriedly walked past Endeavor, while the No. 2 hero's flames flared up in irritation.

Leading the way was Midoriya Izuku. Behind him, the members of the League of Villains stood in silence, unfazed by the number of heroes before them.
"You actually came, Midoriya."
"Of course!"
Midoriya Izuku met the gaze of the heroes standing before him—All Might, Endeavor, Edgeshot, Kamui Woods… Every well-known hero had gathered here.
"Sorry, Midoriya Izuku... but this time, we have to capture you."
"I understand, All Might."
Midoriya responded in a calm tone to the hero he had once admired the most. But Endeavor couldn't hold back and stepped forward, shouting,
"You actually dared to come? Should I call you fearless or just reckless?!"
"Endeavor..."
Midoriya raised his right hand, stopping the hot-tempered Dabi behind him.
"You're not wrong. Facing All Might, Endeavor, and so many other heroes... Even *he* might not stand a chance, right?"
"But!"
Midoriya placed his left hand on his chest and then revealed what he was holding—a pitch-black sphere about the size of his palm.
"The *enemy* has ways of playing dirty."
"Shit! RUN!!"
Togata Mirio's face turned pale in an instant, and he immediately dove underground. The other heroes didn't know what was happening, but they heard Midoriya's final, chilling words:
"Sorry about this."
The sphere exploded in his hand, releasing a thick black smoke that instantly spread across the entire area, covering a three-kilometer radius around the building.
