"It's beautiful, " She murmured.
Alaric, with one hand on the steering wheel, glanced at her with a soft smile. "You like it?"
She turned to him, her lips curved. "I love it. It's quiet, untouched. Reminds me of my home and the camp." Her voice grew softer and thoughtful. "But here, it's more beautiful. Like a place where time doesn't exist."
Alaric chuckled, "That's the idea. No distractions, just us."
