Kiera was about to greet old Mrs. Horton when suddenly a beep beep sound came from the phone.
She paused slightly and then realized that old Mrs. Horton had actually hung up the phone.
Kiera: "..."
Lewis Horton couldn't help but laugh and cry, "Grandma only recognizes you as her granddaughter-in-law, there's nothing I can do."
Kiera shook her head.
Lewis Horton didn't seem to intend to call back either.
Discussing these matters over the phone was too risky, if anyone's phone were to be monitored, Kiera's identity would be revealed.
She was currently pretending to be her sister, hoping to save her mother.
Of course, Lewis Horton wouldn't expose her identity in public.
