Angel, only just recovering from the move Ares had pulled twenty minutes before, began to pace back and forth, worried out of her mind.
She wanted to keep to her promise, and not leave the room.
Truly, she was going to, but she couldn't help how she felt.
Her heart was heavy. As if a tragedy was about to happen, and there was absolutely nothing she could do to stop it.
"God help us," she whispered a quick prayer, as she continued to pace.
On the road, Ares demanded Tony tell him what the problem was.
"Drive past the red car. Drive totally out of Kolasi. Stop just before the highway," Tony instructed without any further explanations.
"Or I could just stop, and turn back? What do you think this is? Tell me why I'm driving past the target," Ares insisted, already getting heated.
"Because you're a fucking target yourself," Tony said in a frustrated voice.
