When Eldris checked silver, he could see that the spike now look more strong and dangerous, he could see that the weakness he exploited to kill it before is no longer there. When the spike had retract in he then stretch his hand towards silver head and pat it gently. He then said.

When silver was gone, he saw the corpse of the other spiked hyena. He felts that the corpse are poisonous, that is why he did not touched it.
He could see that the location he is staying in is near the river side, so he knew that he have a water source. So he try to create a fire not even bothering to create shelter because he knows that he is not going to stay for long.
After creating the fire, he waited for like 30 minutes before silver came back. But silver was not alone, he came back with a boar hanging from its mouth.
The boar look whitish in colour while having 3 eyes. Eldris was not even surprised by the look of the boar, since he arrived he noticed how everything look different, from the animal, from the surroundings, and a very large eye opener is the power of the people to become godlike entity.
The boar looks large enough to last for two days if he eats at a normal rate and he could wear the skin of the boar after skinning it but that's for later.
Eldris form a dagger form a dagger from his hand to disect the beast, the dagger was not perfect but it is manageable. After cutting out the flesh and meat and throwing out the entrails. He walked towards the river to wash it clean. Silver was on guard duty looking at the surrounding for any predator. After cleaning it Eldris poked the stick branches he saw on the floor inside the meat part, he then grilled it by the fire.
Smelling the scent of freshly roasted meat after dieing, coming back to life and almost dieing makes him salivates. His eyes was glued to the meat being roasted, he did not even notice silver who was also looking at the meat with the same desire. Both of them were lost in their own world.
After the meat was done. He took the meat of the boar and split it into two part. He wanted to eat one and keep the other one but when he look at his left and saw silver given him the puppy dog eyes he knew right there the meat won't last for two days at all.
Eldris can't say he wasn't stunned, that an apex predator that almost killed him is now so cute and alluring. He just smiled and gave the second part of the meat to silver.
When he was done eating the meat until his stomach was stuffed he then looked at silver who has finished eating his meat long before he finished eating, he did not notice any sign of bone around. He then went to the river side to drink from it. After satiating his taste he then went back to rest and hope they won't be another hunt for the night.
As Eldris rest on the tree with silver by his side, he then looked up to the sky. And there he saw the beautiful stars shining bright, his mind couldn't stop himself from reminiscing about some one. He then said.
"I hope tomorrow will be a great day. "He said.
