Klaus Technology Is Over!
When a group of New Yorkers, along with employees of Klaus Technology, saw a military team surround the company's headquarters, their worst fears were confirmed.
As the soldiers stormed the building and escorted Darren Klaus out in handcuffs, everyone understood—Klaus Technology was finished.
Meanwhile, across the city, Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, was guiding Hope van Dyne to safety when he received an unexpected message from within Klaus Technology.
Although he had long since left the company, it didn't mean he had no allies there. A high-ranking insider, still loyal to him, had sent a brief but shocking update:
"Darren Klaus has been arrested by the military."
At first, Hank Pym was stunned. Then, a wave of exhilaration hit him. After verifying the news, he immediately relayed it to Hope, who had just entered a safe house.
The downfall of Darren Klaus meant that Klaus Technology would no longer be hunting them down.
After all, Hank Pym was the true founder of Klaus Technology—originally known as Pym Industries. With Darren out of the picture, who would be left to lead the company?
The logical conclusion was clear: If Klaus Technology was to survive, it would need to return to its original roots.
When Hope van Dyne heard the news, she was speechless.
How had this happened? Klaus Technology had been thriving, even positioning itself as a competitor to Wayne Enterprises in the arms industry. How had things unraveled so suddenly?
What had Darren Klaus done?
As she thought about it, a chilling realization dawned on her. Klaus Technology's downfall might have something to do with Wayne Enterprises.
"I found it!"
Hank Pym's voice interrupted her thoughts.
Being the original Ant-Man, he had access to far more information than Hope, who was still trying to piece things together.
"What's going on? What happened?"
Hope's tone in the communication was filled with confusion. She had been preparing for a long battle against Klaus Technology—only for the entire threat to vanish overnight. The source of all their troubles was simply… gone.
It almost felt too good to be true.
"It's connected to Hydra," Hank finally revealed.
"Darren Klaus's research into the Wasp suit had ties to Hydra. Once that connection was exposed, he was finished."
After a brief pause, he added, "Hope, I think this is our chance to take back what's ours. Klaus Technology… It's time to bring back Pym Industries."
Hope nodded.
"This is the perfect opportunity."
Her mind was already racing ahead, strategizing their next steps. Hank was right—this was the best possible outcome for them.
As Hank and Hope discussed their next move, a different scene was unfolding outside the Klaus Technology building.
A man in a green hood—Green Arrow—dragged a bound and captured Mitchell Carson, one of Hydra's last remaining American operatives, out of the building.
Gunfire had left the road in chaos, littered with fist-sized craters, but no one paid attention to the damage.
The New York Police Department had blocked off the area, forcing onlookers to watch from behind the barricades. But even from a distance, the crowd erupted into cheers as Green Arrow emerged victorious.
"Green Arrow!"
"Green Arrow!"
"Justice League!"
The enthusiasm of the New Yorkers was so overwhelming that even the NYPD task force members couldn't hide their envy.
Justice had been served.
And with that, Klaus Technology was no more.
Although their work is also respected, and in some ways similar to that of the Justice League superheroes, the level of admiration and cheers from the citizens was something entirely beyond their reach.
"Hey, Arrow, long time no see."
At that moment, the four turtles approached Green Arrow.
Although they rarely crossed paths, they weren't complete strangers—they had teamed up a few times before. So, they casually patted Arrow on the shoulder and turned their attention to the man he had captured.
The prisoner was an older man, likely in his sixties. His gray hair was still thick, but deep wrinkles lined his face, showing his age.
"He's with Hydra?"
The turtles had received some intel from Anton. While they didn't know all the details, they had enough information to get the gist of the situation.
"That's right," Green Arrow confirmed with a nod. "His name is Mitchell Carson. He's a wanted man by the military. You'll be handing him over to them shortly."
"So, you're leaving?" Michelangelo caught on to Arrow's meaning.
"That's right," Green Arrow replied. "It's over. My job here is done."
He glanced around at the people nearby, acknowledging them with a slight nod as they continued to chant his name. Then, without another word, he turned back toward the building and disappeared from sight.
Anton deactivated the Arrow clone, stretched, and leaned back in his chair, finally allowing himself to relax.
Klaus Technology was finished.
Mitchell Carson and Darren Klaus had both been arrested. Wayne Enterprises had lost its biggest competitor. Everything was back to normal.
On top of that, Anton had successfully used Hope van Dyne to gather all the missing data on the Hornet suits from within Klaus Technology.
This was an undeniable victory.
Anton skimmed through the research files and was particularly intrigued by some documents related to Pym Particles.
This confirmed one thing—time travel research could officially begin.
That meant Mr. Fantastic Reed Richards, Dr. Curt Connors (aka the Lizard), Bruce Banner (the Hulk), and the others would soon have their hands full.
Of course, that wasn't a bad thing for a group of mad scientists.
If anything, Anton knew they had been getting a little too comfortable lately. It was about time they had a new project to tackle.
Suddenly—
RING!
His phone vibrated.
Anton glanced at the caller ID. It was an old man.
As soon as he answered, the man got straight to the point.
"You did this?"
Anton smirked. "Yeah, it was me."
He knew exactly what the old man was asking.
"Klaus Technology was dirty to begin with. Darren Klaus was reckless—he actually dared to do business with Hydra. His downfall was inevitable. And if he thought he could challenge the Justice League and get away with it, he was delusional."
Anton paused for a moment before adding, "Don't worry. Klaus Technology is done for good. The military's top supplier will always be Wayne Enterprises—no one is taking that away from us."
The old man chuckled. "Good work."
Then, after a beat, he added, "But I don't believe for a second that you went through all this trouble just to destroy Klaus Technology. I've heard that all of their latest research files were copied and wiped clean before their servers went down. That was your doing too, wasn't it?"
As a longtime New Yorker, the old man knew a lot about Klaus Technology. He wasn't easily fooled.
He was quite familiar with Secretary of Defense John Keller and had deep insight into the internal workings of Klaus Technology.
For example, he knew about the Future Lab database, which had been compromised during the incident at Klaus Technology.
"Not me," Anton replied. "This has something to do with Hank Pym. And as for who Hank Pym is… I don't think I need to explain, do I?"
"Hank Pym?"
The old man paused, his mind flashing back to the past.
That name carried weight.
He and Hank Pym were from nearly the same era. Back in the day, Hank Pym had been a respected S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist and a close friend of Howard Stark.
But that friendship had crumbled.
Their falling out had been public, with Hank Pym furiously accusing Howard Stark of stealing his research. For a time, he even made life difficult for Stark.
That was old news, though.
What mattered now was Pym's Ant-Man identity.
To the general public, Ant-Man was a mystery—some weren't even sure he existed. But to the old man, it was no secret.
As a former journalist with access to classified information, he had long been aware of Pym's work.
He also knew that Klaus Technology had originally been Pym Industries before the rebranding.
With that context, the old man quickly put the pieces together.
"Still," he pressed, "you're telling me you didn't take advantage of the situation?"
He knew Anton too well.
If Anton had let an opportunity like this pass, he wouldn't be the man the old man had come to know.
Anton chuckled. "Alright, you got me. I might've pulled a small trick—I copied the Hornet suit's research."
"The Wasp suit…?"
The old man immediately understood what that meant. A pleased expression crossed his face.
"Send me the files."
"I can do that," Anton agreed, "but it has to stay secret."
He added firmly, "Wayne can study the Hornet suit privately, but we can't sell the tech to the military. I don't mind dealing with problems, but I'd rather not invite them unnecessarily."
The old man understood the implication.
Anton didn't want Wayne Enterprises' possession of Pym Particle-related research to become public knowledge.
That aligned perfectly with the old man's own views.
If the military or—worse—Hank Pym himself found out, the consequences would be unpredictable.
It wasn't a matter of fear but strategy.
Wayne Enterprises had always prioritized long-term stability over reckless expansion.
Unlike other corporations that made enemies left and right, Wayne's philosophy had always been to avoid unnecessary conflict.
Besides, Wayne had a strong public image, thanks to its advancements in limb regeneration technology and medical breakthroughs—even life-extending medicine.
Despite being a major arms manufacturer, Wayne had never been seen as a ruthless weapons company.
That reputation, built on Batman's influence, groundbreaking medical technology, and humanitarian efforts, was worth protecting.
Moments later, the call ended.
Ding!
The old man received the encrypted file from Anton.
He skimmed through it, a slow smile forming on his face.
Wayne Enterprises was about to dominate the world.
With Klaus Technology dismantled, the military wasted no time interrogating Darren Klaus, extracting key intel that sent shockwaves through the industry.
Seizing the moment, John Keller consolidated his power, further strengthening his influence.
Wayne Enterprises, in turn, reaped the financial rewards.
After all, Keller wasn't blind—he knew exactly what had led to Klaus Technology's downfall:
The exposure of Mitchell Carson's ties to Hydra The arrest of Darren Klaus The collapse of Klaus Technology
All of it could be traced back to Anton—or the Justice League.
A terrorist attack struck the city, and Green Arrow made his presence known.
The New York Police Department's task force took center stage, basking in the attention.
At the same time, news of Klaus Technology's ties to terrorist organizations and Darren Klaus's arrest spread like wildfire.
Within hours, the story dominated every major news outlet in the country.
Especially in New York—where it became the talk of the city.
Eddie Brock wasted no time.
As the editor-in-chief of The Daily Bugle , he immediately tracked down Anton, eager to get the full story straight from the source.
With Anton's inside scoop, Eddie quickly put together a series of explosive reports—
And just like that, public opinion was set ablaze.
Klaus Technology was officially boycotted by the United States, and the backlash in New York was overwhelming.
Within just a few days, Klaus Technology was completely shut down.
Seizing the opportunity, Hank Pym re-emerged in the public eye, particularly among the major shareholders and board members of Klaus Technology.
These people had no choice but to invite Hank Pym back.
At a highly publicized press conference, Klaus Technology announced the return of its original founder and declared that the company would be reverting to its old name:
Pym Industries.
This move helped restore much of the company's tarnished reputation.
While Hank Pym's name might not mean much to the younger generation, the older crowd remembered him well.
Ant-Man.
Although Hank Pym had repeatedly denied the rumors, many in his generation had long assumed the truth—that he was the original Ant-Man.
And in this era, many of those same people had risen to positions of power across various industries.
As a result, Pym Industries' stock rebounded—while it didn't reach even half of its peak value, at the very least, the downward spiral had stopped.
After reclaiming his position, Hank Pym announced that Pym Industries would withdraw from the arms industry entirely.
The company would sell off its military-related assets and redirect its resources back into chemical materials researchand scientific innovation.
This decision was a direct response to Darren Klaus's downfall, which had been triggered by his reckless foray into the arms trade.
For Pym, walking away from that industry wasn't just necessary—it was personal.
Ironically, this announcement was met with widespread approval.
Unlike when Tony Stark had famously pulled Stark Industries out of the arms business—an act that had caused massive controversy—Pym's decision was seen as a positive step forward.
It was a clean break from Klaus Technology's recent past, allowing Pym Industries to rebuild its reputation in a different field.
For Anton, none of this mattered.
He stayed out of it, watching from the sidelines with zero interest.
That is—until Hank Pym came knocking.
DC Corporation – Anton's Office
Knock knock.
"Boss, someone wants to see you."
Betty pushed the door open slightly, glancing back at the visitor waiting outside.
"He says his name is Hank Pym."
She paused, then added, "I've been seeing his name all over the news lately. I have to admit—he looks exactly like the photos."
Anton blinked, momentarily caught off guard.
A flood of thoughts raced through his mind, only to settle on a few big question marks.
"Hank Pym?"
He leaned back in his chair, narrowing his eyes.
"What the hell does he want?"
