Earlier before the game started, Rayen whispered to Adrian to set the ball as far as he could toward the edge of the net. Even without understanding Rayen's reason, Adrian did what he instructed.
And so, the game continued with their unpredictable plays. Well, not so unpredictable. But even if the other side did predict their next moves, they wouldn't be able to catch up with Rayen's speed.
It wasn't that Rayen had superhuman speed, just that he had an advantage with the terrain they were in.
Moving on sand was hard, but with the increase of his feet control, Rayen had an easier time running on sand than the other participants.
The game ended with Team 1's win without much surprise. Yet, Yeo Haru was still bitter about it.
Of course, the game wasn't just beach volleyball. They played three more games before lunch arrived.
However, the results of the following games weren't as good as their first game. With the lack of Team 1's cohesiveness, they lost those three games.
