Chapter 315: The Clash of Eyes - Tenseigan vs Rinnegan

The man standing in front of Tonari was none other than a descendant of Otsutsuki Hamura from the moon. However, he wasn't a true heir of the main family, but rather a branch family member with diluted bloodline purity.

"You're not staying on the moon to guard your little piece of Otsutsuki territory, and the first thing you do after coming to the ninja world is make enemies of Konoha? You're trying to snatch the Hyuga clan's Byakugan from our village?" Tonari sneered coldly.

The man standing among the many puppets was now without his former disguise. He had discarded the Kawagakure headband, removed the scarf from his neck, and changed his once-tattered white robe to a pristine new one.

What caught Tonari's attention the most was his exposed neck, where a series of black, magatama-shaped marks encircled it—unmistakably the mark of the Otsutsuki branch family.

"So, this is the world that Otsutsuki Hagoromo—the one you call the Sage of Six Paths—created? After careful consideration, I truly believe that this world is in ruins. To give you such a perfect planet, only to see it reduced to this... it's clear that Otsutsuki Hagoromo failed. The world he created is a failure."

He paused, his eyes filled with conviction.

"As a descendant of Otsutsuki Hamura, it is my duty to rectify that failure! I will destroy this flawed world and rebuild it anew!"

Tonari couldn't help but feel his eye twitch at the overly dramatic declaration.

"You're out of your mind."

The man—Otsutsuki Ryoto—froze, clearly taken aback. In his mind, as an Otsutsuki descendant, he had assumed that once his identity and purpose were revealed, others would fall to their knees in awe and respect. Yet, here was Tonari, treating him as a joke.

"You seriously think you can play god here? You've got some nerve coming to MY village and talking about destroying the world."

Ryoto's confusion turned to anger.

"So, you're saying that if I take you down, no one else in this world can stop me?"

"You could say that." Tonari shrugged nonchalantly. "But don't get cocky just because you got some fancy new eyes."

Ryoto's eyes narrowed, and with a wave of his hand, a swarm of puppets lunged at Tonari. At the same time, a smaller group stayed behind to protect him, bombarding Tonari with yellow energy spheres.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions rocked the area, sending dust and debris flying. As the smoke cleared, it revealed Tonari standing unscathed, surrounded by wooden tendrils that had blocked the attacks.

Ryoto scowled.

"My attacks had no effect?"

Tonari glanced at the still-burning fragments of broken puppets and smirked.

"You really thought those toy soldiers could touch me?"

He motioned to Matatabi, who unleashed a torrent of blue flames, engulfing the approaching puppets. Just as the fire seemed to consume them, a powerful force split the flames in two, scattering the inferno.

"So that's how it is... Your eyes have the power to manipulate repulsive force." Tonari mused. "Still, this half-baked version isn't worthy of being called the Tenseigan."

Ryoto's lips twisted into a grimace.

"Hmph, it may not be complete yet, but even in its evolving state, it's enough to deal with the likes of you."

With a flick of his hand, gravity surged downward, pressing heavily on Matatabi, forcing the giant beast to her knees.

"Gravity manipulation... impressive. But you're still far from mastering it." Tonari muttered.

He was well aware that allowing the Tenseigan to fully evolve could spell disaster. Still, his curiosity about the complete power of the Tenseigan gnawed at him.

"Wood Release: Wood Dragon Jutsu!"

A massive wooden dragon shot forth, lunging at Ryoto with immense speed. The Tenseigan wielder raised his hand, and the dragon halted mid-air, frozen by an invisible force.

"Pathetic," Ryoto sneered. "You can't even touch me with that—"

Before he could finish, Tonari blitzed forward, bypassing the wooden dragon entirely. In a flash, he grabbed Ryoto by the face and slammed him into the ground with terrifying force.

Boom!

The ground beneath them fractured, creating a deep crater. Yet Ryoto's head remained uncrushed, hovering just inches from the earth. A powerful repulsive force had activated just in time, saving him from certain death.

"You're underestimating me!" Ryoto roared, floating back up, his eyes blazing brighter as the pale blue hue intensified.

"You survived that, huh?" Tonari remarked, unimpressed. "Looks like your Tenseigan isn't entirely useless."

Before Ryoto could retort, Tonari pulled out a small glass vial from his ninja pouch. Inside was a single eye, swirling with concentric circles—an unmistakable Rinnegan.

Ryoto's eyes widened.

"That eye... It's the Rinnegan!"

Tonari smirked.

"Since you're so proud of your eyes, let's see whose are stronger. Tenseigan versus Rinnegan—let's put them to the test."

Ryoto clenched his fists, his chakra flaring.

"You... you dare mock the Tenseigan? You dare to compare it to that eye?!"

Tonari chuckled, spinning the vial between his fingers.

"You're right to be mad. This Rinnegan belongs to Uchiha Madara—the most powerful one of his kind. I'm curious... Do you really think your half-baked Tenseigan can measure up?"

Enraged, Ryoto unleashed a gravitational pulse, attempting to crush Tonari from all sides. Yet, Tonari stood firm, his chakra weaving through the air. The wood around him twisted, absorbing the impact.

"Nice try. But it's not enough."

Suddenly, Matatabi pounced from the side, unleashing a barrage of blue fireballs that scattered the puppets like leaves. Ryoto raised both hands, forming an enormous gravitational sphere.

"This world doesn't need two gods... and I will be the one to rebuild it!" Ryoto roared, launching the sphere toward Tonari.

Tonari grinned, lifting his left hand.

"Almighty Push!"

A massive wave of force erupted, colliding with Ryoto's gravitational sphere. The air distorted as the two forces clashed, tearing apart the surrounding terrain. The ground beneath them splintered, trees uprooted and scattered like twigs.

As the forces canceled each other out, Tonari gazed intently at Ryoto.

"Is that all your Tenseigan can do? You're not ready to claim the title of god just yet."

Ryoto trembled with rage, his eyes glowing even brighter.

"You... are just an ant compared to the power of the Tenseigan!"

Tonari shook his head.

"You don't get it, do you? You're not even using the Tenseigan's full potential. You're so caught up in your delusions that you can't even master it. I'll show you what true power is—power that isn't just borrowed from your ancestors."

The battle between the two legendary eyes was about to intensify, and the fate of Konoha—and perhaps the entire world—hung in the balance.
