After confirming that the baby was fine, the two left the hospital.
They were supposed to have lunch at the Xie family's old house today, so after the check-up, they headed straight there.
On the way, Xu Jinzhi held the ultrasound printout in her hand, her face full of curiosity as she said to Xie Yanchuan, "Tell me again, which part is the baby's hand and which is the foot?"
A doting smile spread across Xie Yanchuan's face as he took the printout from Xu Jinzhi and pointed to a shadowy area, "This is the baby's head."
While explaining this, Xie Yanchuan gave Xu Jinzhi a look and saw that she was still completely clueless and hadn't made anything out.
Xie Yanchuan then held up the printout, and although it was on paper, the shadowed parts became more apparent when held against the light.
"Now look, does this outline look like the baby's head?" Xie Yanchuan pointed again for Xu Jinzhi to see.
Xu Jinzhi stared intently, and her face suddenly showed a surprise, "Really!"
