"Starting tomorrow is a two-day break for the Obon Festival, so everyone should use this last bit of time before cram school to switch gears and give your bodies a good rest," announced Kiyono Lin to the Wind Instrument Club at nine o'clock on the evening of August 14th.
"Hooray!!!" Ichiki Aoi shouted, raising her arms.
The already exhausted members all showed excited expressions as they packed up their instruments and discussed where to go the next day.
Dubian Che turned his stiff neck, bones cracking with a pop, which startled Ayane Kumi next to him.
"Are you okay, Mr. Dubian?"
"Just a bit sore, it's fine, I'll loosen up with some movement."
"Thanks for your hard work."
"That's nothing," Dubian Che said nonchalantly, "Anyway, I only plan to work hard until I'm 25, might as well get the hardships of the second half of my life over with."
"25?" Ayane Kumi tilted her head, puzzled, but soon stopped fussing over such details, "Do you have any plans for tomorrow, Mr. Dubian?"
