Lucy and Loke were completely dumbfounded.
Gigantification?!
Wasn't that Master Makarov's magic? Did Uchiha Kitaro really master the guild master's spell that quickly?
No, no! Kitaro had no magic power—he couldn't use magic in the same way. That meant this was an ability he had possessed all along.
Lucy suddenly recalled how Kitaro always claimed he could use dozens of different types of magic. So gigantification was just another trick up his sleeve?
How many different abilities did this guy even have?
Whoosh!
Flames erupted along the length of Kitaro's massive blade.
A distinct three-tomoe pattern appeared on the left side of his forehead.
"Hm… something still feels off."
Then, he activated his Mangekyō Sharingan and summoned his armored Susanoo.
An orange-yellow energy armor wrapped itself around his massive frame.
"Now this feels right."
"Wha—?!"
Loke was in total shock. He had seen this ability before—Kitaro had used it to tank both the blast and the Phantom Lord Guild Master Jose's strongest spell.
So this is what it was actually capable of?
The Celestial Spirit King observed the transformation, feeling an immense pressure emanating from Kitaro.
"I'm going in, old man! You'd better be ready."
"Sun Breathing: Dance!"
Kitaro dashed forward, his flaming blade sweeping toward the Celestial Spirit King's neck.
The king was stunned. He hadn't expected Kitaro to maintain such incredible speed even after growing to such a massive size.
With no time to think, he raised his sword in defense.
Clang!
A deafening impact exploded between the two weapons, sending shockwaves through the battlefield. The very ground beneath them shattered into rubble.
The duel escalated into a brutal exchange of blows, each strike releasing devastating bursts of energy.
The Celestial Spirit King grew more and more shocked—he was being overpowered in sheer strength!
Not only that, but Kitaro's swordsmanship far surpassed his own.
"Impossible!"
Clang! Clang! Clang!
BOOM!
Kitaro's next strike sent the king flying.
"Meteor Blade!"
Steadying himself, the Celestial Spirit King raised his greatsword and brought it crashing down with incredible force.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The battlefield was torn apart, leaving behind deep, jagged chasms.
Kitaro swung his own blade in response.
Slash!
A massive energy wave erupted from his sword, colliding with the king's attack.
BOOOOM!!!
The two forces clashed violently, sending shockwaves in every direction.
"AAAAHHHH!!!"
Even from a distance, Lucy, Loke, and Virgo could feel the overwhelming power of the battle.
"Amazing!"
The Celestial Spirit King looked at Kitaro in admiration.
"I haven't seen a human this strong in a long time. If I hadn't witnessed it myself, I wouldn't have believed it. If you can withstand my strongest attack, I'll acknowledge your victory."
"Try not to die!"
The king raised his massive sword high into the sky.
"Let the 88 Stars of the heaven shine now!"
The celestial lights above gathered into his blade.
"Galaxia Blade!!!"
A colossal beam of light descended from the heavens, aiming straight for Kitaro.
BOOOOM!!!
The impact sent shockwaves tearing across the battlefield.
"AAAAHHHH!!!"
Loke and Virgo instinctively shielded Lucy, struggling to withstand the aftershocks.
RUMBLE—!!
The entire planet trembled as the celestial energy carved a massive hole into the surface.
"…No way…"
Lucy covered her mouth in disbelief, collapsing to her knees.
"Kitaro…?! Kitaroooo!!!"
Suddenly, a voice came from behind her.
"What are you yelling for?!"
Lucy spun around in shock.
There he was—Kitaro, completely unharmed, standing tall with his massive form still intact.
"Y-you're okay! I thought… I thought—"
Kitaro smirked. "You thought I got vaporized? The Celestial Spirit King's attack was powerful, but breaking through my Susanoo… that's still a bit out of reach."
His Susanoo was a perfect fusion of offense and defense. He had to admit, the king's ultimate move was ridiculously strong. If he had been using the first or second form of Susanoo, it might've been broken.
But this was the fourth form—just shy of the full-body version. Breaking it wasn't so easy.
Not to mention, on top of Susanoo, Kitaro had chakra shielding and Armament Haki for additional defense. Even if someone else tried breaking through all of it, they'd find it ridiculously frustrating.
It was like facing a game boss with absurdly high health, powerful attacks, and the ability to regenerate—practically unkillable.
How do you even fight something like that? Just thinking about it made Kitaro want to look the other way.
"Incredible! I never imagined a human of your caliber existed. I concede defeat!"
The Celestial Spirit King admitted, fully convinced. Kitaro had won through sheer overwhelming power.
And judging by his composed demeanor, he hadn't even been going all out.
That realization shocked the king even more. He had only met one other human with this kind of overwhelming presence—the most feared dark wizard in history, Zeref.
"Your strength is just as incredible, old man."
Kitaro acknowledged with a smirk.
The Celestial Spirit King, despite his loss, grinned in satisfaction. He had been bested, but only because the young warrior before him was truly extraordinary.
