"I must go to Camilla and then find my sons to take them to my home. I must also inform the Blackthorns," Orlork said as he followed Xavier out of the dungeon. "I will meet with you when I am done."
"Say with Camilla and the others if you need to," Xavier replied.
"They will be safe in my home. I cannot leave you to fight this battle alone when demons might be involved. Zephyr might use this chance to go after the men in the court. One of us should be nearby to help him," said Orlork.
There was so much to do within so little time.
"Instead of returning to my side, go to Zephyr's side. You know better how to get around the palace. I can't have something happen to Selene's grandfather before they get a chance to reunite. I will send for help if I need it," said Xaver.
Orlork was still reluctant to leave Xavier alone. It was not only Darius whom Xavier might have to fight, but humans who would be fighting back, priests, and now demons.
