She became aware that Goldcorp's construction site was a suspicious place. The underground passage's end was connected to that location.
Unfortunately, Derek Gibson didn't investigate the place. He simply recorded some footage as evidence. Now she doesn't know whether Goldcorp was behind this or someone else.
Anyways, for her, the problem was brought to their attention. It's up to the three Governors to decide. Goldcorp was not an ordinary organization.
There were multiple complaints filed against them, many related to fraud cases. Yet, the company managed to solve those problems so far.
