The girls around Saki scrambled away from her, frightened out of their minds. A victory smirk curled on her lips, but just as she planned to open the scroll to reinforce her threat, a red ribbon swiftly wrapped itself around her wrist and kept her hand in place.
Then, she was tugged back, falling on her butt, wincing at the pain in her shoulder.
Her grip on the scroll had loosened, and a blue aura surrounded it, preventing it from falling. It was whisked away, caught by a light purple-skinned individual. Baili had arrived.
"What is this? Why do you all even exist? You wear the badge of the Imperial Royal Guards, and yet you let a crazy woman enter unbidden?!"
Baili's angry voice was loud, reaching deep into the hearts of the guards who acted like bystanders. The fiery hells seem to appear behind him, but just as they blinked, they disappeared.
