"By the way, when Kurumi transferred to your class, why did it seem like she was already familiar with you?" Kotori raised an eyebrow at Shido, gauging his reaction.
However, Shido remained completely unfazed. Without missing a beat, he simply replied, "No idea. You know how adaptable she is, right? Maybe she saw me fight before and got curious about me."
"...You've got a point." Kotori admitted after a brief pause. But then she narrowed her crimson eyes at him. "Still, you sound ridiculously narcissistic saying that she was interested in you."
Shido merely shrugged, a playful grin forming on his lips. "But I'm not wrong, am I?"
"Heh. I didn't know I had a narcissistic brother," Kotori sneered, crossing her arms.
Their playful exchange didn't go unnoticed, Reine, Origami, Mana, and Tohka all watched with amused smiles, entertained by their sibling banter.
Kotori then pointed toward the kitchen, instructing Shido to make dinner." Go make dinner already. I'm starting to get hungry."?
"Yes, yes, no need to be so bossy, right" Shido replied with a helpless smile. Despite his grumbling, he still made his way to the kitchen, rolling up his sleeves as he prepared to cook.
"Ah! Shido, let me help!"
The moment she saw him heading to the kitchen, Tohka immediately jumped up from her seat and rushed after him, eager to assist.
"Me too."
Origami, never one to be left behind, followed right after.
However, rather than helping, the two quickly turned the kitchen into a battleground. What started as a simple task escalated when Origami started to stir a competition and challenged Tohka to see who could peel vegetables the fastest.
Within moments, peels were flying everywhere, knives were moving dangerously fast, and Shido could only stare in horror at the chaos unfolding before him.
It didn't take long for Shido to finish making dinner. The rich aroma of the freshly cooked dishes filled the air, immediately drawing the attention of the girls. Their eyes instinctively turned toward him, and one by one, they gulped unconsciously.
Even Tohka, who had been sulking in the corner after losing her kitchen battle, was now drooling at the sight of the food.
Shido had prepared five different dishes, each one beautifully plated, filling the once-empty table with a dazzling spread of shiny, mouthwatering meals.
Once everything was ready, he turned to the group and called out, "Dinner's ready!"
Even Yoshino, who had been completely engrossed in the drama she was watching, was drawn in by the irresistible scent of Shido's cooking. Slowly, she made her way to the table, her curiosity, and hunger, winning out.
Meanwhile, Shido let out a wry smile as he approached Tohka. He had been trying to coax her out of her sulking, but it was proving to be quite the challenge.
Fortunately, just as he was running out of ideas, Origami casually remarked, "I've almost cleared all the food."
That was all it took.
Tohka's eyes widened in alarm, and in the blink of an eye, she sprang up from her seat, bolting toward the table.
"Origami, how could you eat all the food?! Leave some for me!" she cried out in panic.
Without hesitation, she snatched several dishes away from Origami, clutching them protectively as if guarding a precious treasure.
Shido could only sigh helplessly, shaking his head as he watched the scene unfold.
'This girl really is a glutton…' he thought to himself.

"Shido, do you want to do it again?"
Lying in the bathtub, Shido and Tohka rested lazily, their exhausted bodies soaking in the warm water.
After dinner, Kotori had taken Mana for a checkup to assess her condition and ensure there were no anomalies in her body. Reine had accompanied them, as she was the one in charge of conducting the examination.
Origami on the other hand also decided to return to her apartment. Although she was reluctant to do so, Origami still had something important to do back on her apartment.
Now, the only people left in the house were Shido, Tohka, Yoshino and Yoshinon. Just after the dinner finished, Yoshinon reminded Yoshino about the next drama that will be showed in the TV causing the loli Spirit to became focused on watching television again.
Meanwhile, Shido started to wash the dishes while, Tohka also came to Yoshino's side to watch.
After a few minutes, Shido finished washing the dishes. It was already 7 PM when they had dinner so they it was already at least 8 PM.
Shido decided to take a bath and said to Tohka. "I will take a bath first."

Hearing his words, Tohka, Yoshino and Yoshinon answered him with a happy smile before they turned back to watch TV. Meanwhile Tohka gaze at him suspicious look.
"Ah... I could finally relax."
Inside the bathroom, Shido laid his stiff body on the warm water enjoying the refreshing feeling of the bath.
So many things happened today making both his mind and body exhausted. From when Kurumi transferred to their school, to him fighting Mana and then the meeting with Kotori.
"Now that Mana joined Ratatoskr, the only person I have to worry about is Origami who was still at AST and Kurumi." Shido let out a long sigh and thought to himself that his travel to another world is getting closer. But it's not like he wouldn't come back, Reine and Kotori was still in a neutral relationship with him.
Neither sides took a step forward so the progress on their relationship came to a halt. And also, there are still many Spirits that he hadn't help so there's no way Shido would leave this world forever.
Just as he was wondering about many things, he suddenly heard the sound of the door of the bath slid open.
"Shido." Tohka stood outside the bathroom calling Shido.
"What's wrong Tohka?" Shido replied casually. He was already used to Tohka barging inside the bath when he was inside.
"I'm coming in!" Without waiting for Shido's response, Tohka entered the bathroom.
Tohka came inside wearing nothing but a towel wrapped tightly around her alluring body. Her long purple hair was tied into a ponytail, making her appearance more charming. Under Shido's intense gaze Tohka felt so hot that her face turned reddish, even her arms and thighs turned pink due to her embarrassment.
But, despite her embarrassment Tohka didn't shy away from Shido's gaze, instead she felt happy that he look at her with a perverted gaze.
