Sophia left the office, feeling relieved to have finally completed the documents. She headed home, where Nora greeted her enthusiastically. "Come, come! How's work? You're doing so much in one day!" Sophia smiled, shaking her head. "Dylan gave me this much work." Nora nodded understandingly. "Okay, okay! Now go freshen up, I'm preparing breakfast. Come fast!" Sophia nodded and headed to freshen up. After eating breakfast, Sophia felt rejuvenated and settled into her bed, feeling sleepy. She slept soundly, dreaming of the office and her colleagues.
Later that day, Sophia woke up feeling refreshed and revitalized. She got ready for work, eager to tackle new challenges. As she arrived at the office, she noticed Dylan working intently on his computer.She knocked on Dylan's cabin door, and his voice bid her enter. "Sir, what work do you have for me now?" Sophia asked.
Dylan looked up from his computer. "There's no specific task for you right now. When I need you, I'll let you know." Sophia nodded and turned to leave, but her eyes landed on a new project file on Dylan's desk.
"Can I see this file?" Sophia asked, curiosity getting the better of her. Dylan handed it to her, and Sophia's eyes scanned the contents. She was intrigued and wanted to work on the project.
"Can I work on this project, sir?" Sophia asked, her enthusiasm evident. Dylan shook his head. "Not yet, Sophia. You're not experienced enough for this project."
Sophia's face fell, but she didn't give up. "Please give me a chance to prove myself to you," she pleaded. Dylan considered her request. "I'll think about it," he said finally.
Just then, Dylan's phone rang. "The investor company manager is arriving with his secretary," he said to Sophia. "Can you manage them and lead them to the conference room? We need to discuss the project."
Sophia nodded, taking charge. "I'll take care of it, sir." She headed to the reception area, where the visitors had arrived. With a warm smile, Sophia greeted them and escorted them to the conference room.
As they walked, Sophia made small talk, putting the visitors at ease. She introduced herself and ensured they had everything they needed. Once they were seated in the conference room, Sophia excused herself to inform Dylan that the guests had arrived.
