They went to the cave, and as they reached there, they saw G Tony stumbling out of it, his face wet with tears, eyes wild and searching. He looked shaken, his breath ragged like he had run a marathon in fear and desperation. As he spotted them, he sprinted toward them, almost tripping in his rush.
"Guys, you have to help me," G Tony said, his voice cracking with panic.
"What happened? Why are you crying?" Tony asked G Tony, stepping forward in concern.
"Did Prince Wei do something?" Wei asked, his tone cautious but serious.
"Yes, he captured Ryu and let me go," G Tony said, sniffling and wiping his face.
"But he is right here," Kai replied, glancing at Ryu with confusion.
"Not him, my brother, Prince Ryu," G Tony said.
"What happened to him?" Kai asked, his brows furrowed.
"Ignore him, why did he capture him?" Ryu asked G Tony, tension rising in his voice.
"He said he doesn't want to take any risk. My brother has powers, so he thinks we could betray him," G Tony answered.
"Why is Prince Wei doing that?" Tony asked G Tony.
"I don't know, I need your help to get my brother back," G Tony answered desperately.
"We were also going there, to meet Prince Wei and tell him to go back to his time," Ryu replied, then he looked at Wei, a question burning in his eyes.
Wei's mind was racing. "I am sure something happened to Prince Wei, he would not do that with his will," he thought, his fists tightening.
"Wei, are we going there?" Ryu asked again.
"Yes, but going there without any plan would be stupidness," Wei answered firmly.
"He is right, we should make a plan first," Tony agreed with a nod.
"I have one," Wei replied with a mysterious glint in his eyes.
"What is it?" Ryu asked.
After Wei told them the plan, he opened a swirling portal just outside Prince Wei's towering castle. Its dark blue vortex pulsed with energy. Ryu, Tony, and Kai stepped through the glowing ring of light, and the moment they did, Wei closed it behind them with a wave of his hand.
They entered the castle's grand halls. The marble floor reflected the flickering torches lining the walls. As they reached the massive throne room, the heavy doors creaked open. The throne sat elevated, and in front of it stood Prince Wei — holding Ryu's signature scythe casually in one hand. His presence was icy, unnaturally calm. The room was eerily quiet, with no guards in sight. Only him.
"Welcome, where are your other friends?" Prince Wei asked, his tone calm but laced with menace.
"They did not come," Ryu answered coldly, his eyes narrowing at the sight of his weapon.
"Why did you capture Prince Ryu?" Tony asked, his fists clenched.
"So his brother told you about him, I was expecting your other two friends also," Prince Wei replied with a smile that didn't reach his eyes.
"You mean Wei and Jin?" Kai asked, his eyes suspiciously scanning the room.
"Yes, they are better than you," Prince Wei answered.
"Hey Ryu, I think he is not Prince Wei, Prince Wei knows that Jin will be unconscious for 2 weeks," Kai whispered in Ryu's ear, his expression tight with realization.
"You are not Prince Wei, who are you then?" Ryu asked, stepping forward, eyes flaring with intensity.
"Did I say something wrong? Whatever, let's have a deal." Prince Wei smiled wider, his expression turning cruel. "Give me your Sevpons, and I will free Prince Ryu. If you disagree, Prince Ryu will be tortured to death, and you will also die."
"We won't give you our Sevpons," Tony said angrily, stepping beside Ryu.
"I also have a deal, Set Prince Ryu free or die," Kai said calmly, but the frost in his voice sent a chill through the air.
"As I thought," Prince Wei said and clapped mockingly.
Instantly, all doors slammed shut with thunderous booms. A magical force sealed them in.
"So you choose to fight, alright then," Ryu looked around quickly, evaluating the terrain, then said, "Let's do this."
Ryu's eyes gleamed as he extended his hand, focusing his telekinesis to snatch the scythe. The scythe vibrated in Prince Wei's grip, but he quickly countered with a wave of magic, sending a powerful shockwave that threw Ryu backward into a column, cracking the stone.
Tony immediately stepped forward, his Sevpon shifting into a glowing bow. He fired a rapid series of arrows, each blazing with energy. Prince Wei moved like a shadow — slipping between the arrows with unnatural speed.
Then Kai, without hesitation, hurled a flurry of razor-sharp Ice Spikes from his Sevpon. Prince Wei dodged most of them, but one caught his arm — slicing through his robe and piercing his flesh. His face twisted in fury.
Prince Wei roared, and with a flick of his fingers, summoned a magical grip around Kai's neck, lifting him off the ground. Kai's legs kicked as he struggled.
Suddenly, an arrow struck Prince Wei's hand, forcing him to release his magical hold. Kai dropped to the ground, gasping.
Prince Wei snarled and healed his wound with a glow of red energy. Tony tried to shoot another arrow, but this time Prince Wei caught it mid-air, spun it around and hurled it back. The arrow slammed into Tony's arm, drawing blood.
Before Tony could recover, Prince Wei teleported in a flash of light, grabbed Tony by the neck, and with a vicious chant, began pulling the Sevpon out from Tony's body. Tony screamed in pain as the weapon phased out of his chest in golden light.
With a final push, Prince Wei forced the Sevpon free, then turned and slammed Tony into the ground with raw magic. A deep pit opened beneath Tony, and with a cruel grin, Prince Wei hurled him in. The pit was sealed with a heavy thud of stone.
Tony punched desperately at the walls, but the earth turned to solid rock, choking off the air.
"One down, two to go," Prince Wei said coldly.
Rage flared in Ryu and Kai's eyes. Kai summoned his wings, which burst out from his back with a blast of icy wind and soared upward. Ryu's eyes turned a deep blood-red, glowing fiercely. Suddenly, BlackFire appeared in his hand, blazing like a black sun.
"WO HOO, BlackFire, you won't be able to control it. Give it to me," Prince Wei said with a smirk on his face.
Before he could move, a powerful black punch struck Prince Wei's jaw from nowhere, sending him crashing into a pillar. He groaned and stood, scanning the room — but saw no one.
Then a fireball — black as void, blazing hot — slammed into him, throwing him through a section of the wall. The stone crumbled.
"Get Tony out of that pit, I'll handle Prince Wei," Ryu shouted, eyes still glowing.
Kai immediately landed and began clawing at the dirt, which resisted at first, but slowly began to loosen as his Sevpon glowed brighter.
Meanwhile, Prince Wei groaned and stood in the rubble. Another fireball flew at him, but he dodged this time, teleporting behind Ryu and kicking him hard. Ryu stumbled forward and dropped BlackFire.
With a snarl, Prince Wei snatched BlackFire and summoned a massive concrete sphere, trapping Ryu inside. Ryu reached out with his telekinesis, but the solid ball blocked his vision — and with it, his power. His breaths became shorter, faster.
Kai came flying like a meteor, his fist glowing with icy energy, but just before impact, a shimmering forcefield repelled him mid-air.
Prince Wei turned his gaze to Kai and launched a volley of magical blasts. Kai twisted through the air, dodging like an acrobat, but one purple blast struck his wings.
With a gasp, Kai's wings locked and he crashed, tumbling across the floor.
Chains of glowing magic snaked out and wrapped around Kai, binding him tightly. Prince Wei strode forward and yanked the Sevpon from Kai's back.
