Bella Woods bit her lip, said no more, and walked to the dining table. She pulled out a chair, sat down, picked up the chopsticks, and started eating.
"Slow down," Ashton Marshall frowned and reminded her.
Bella Woods ignored him.
She was already someone who was starving, and although she could restrain herself before, now that she was faced with food, she just stuffed it into her mouth without any regard.
Eating too quickly, Bella Woods was suddenly choked by a piece of pepper.
"This kid," Ashton Marshall said helplessly.
He walked over to pour a glass of water for Bella Woods, held it to her mouth, and gently patted her back: "Drink slowly, no need to rush."
After drinking more than half of the glass, Bella Woods finally regained her composure.
Ashton Marshall took a tissue and wiped the water stains from Bella Woods' mouth: "I told you to slow down."
