"Wow, my little nephew is having a blast," Calvin Marshall teased into Bella Woods' ear.
Bella Woods withdrew her gaze from Oliver Hughes and continued drinking.
Calvin Marshall thought for a moment and asked, "No emotions at all?"
"What emotions should I have?" Bella Woods retorted.
"Like, aren't you at least a little upset, or uncomfortable?"
"No," Bella Woods replied bluntly.
"Not even a little?" Calvin Marshall felt that Bella Woods should have some slight fluctuation.
After all, everyone in the circle knew how much Bella Woods used to like Oliver Hughes.
There were even nasty rumors saying Oliver Hughes has a clingy, rural fiancée, using underhanded methods to get close to him and never letting go.
"Really none," Bella Woods said. "If you ask when, or if my past affection for Oliver Hughes was fake, I can only say that I truly liked him back then, and truly wanted to marry him."
