Nathaniel, Elsie and Lorianne left the restaurant after a fulfilling lunch. As proposed earlier, they decided to go to the nearby public park. The distance took around ten minutes' ride by car.
Elsie suggested Nathaniel ride her car, leaving his vehicle near the restaurant. He quickly agreed despite worrying about causing her trouble.
With Lorianne perched on his arm, Nathaniel followed Elsie to where she parked the car. The low and extending branches kept the area cool, also providing shelter against the summer sun.
"Daddy, put me down."
Lorianne wiggled once they reached the car. Nathaniel bent down, carefully lowering the little one to the ground. Elsie clicked on the key fob, unlocking the doors.
"Lorrie," Elsie clapped her hands once after opening the car door, smiling at Lorianne, "Get in your seat now."
"Okay, Mommy~ Mommy, please hold my flowers. Thank you~"
"Hehe, give it to me."
