When the door creaked open, Ariel could see the glimmer of the blonde hair. Then their eyes locked, both as surprised as the other as they let out a small gasp of surprise. Arabella knew she was going to see her sister but she couldn't help the surprise she felt seeing that her sister was all safe and sound. When they had last separated, truthfully she didn't think she would be able to see her again.
She knew what fate was going to meet her when she entered the castle and though she had pretend to be alright and fine, deep down she had accepted the idea of dying when she stepped into the castle.
So when she could now see Ariel again, emotions stir inside her heart. She didn't know what to say or do, but tears welled in her heart as she found her sister she had treasures so much back in front of her, all of them alive and safe! She couldn't held herself back as she rushed forward, reaching out her hand as she pulled her sister into her embrace, tightly embracing her.
