The different machines and defense mechanisms in the building menu were, sadly, all manned. They needed someone to operate them and make use of them. I did not think about building them to use them directly as I was thinking about preparations beforehand and putting people at risk. At level 1 only a few were over a price too high to make this strategy to build reacting to my enemies ineffective, but we had enough to build some stuff at level 1.
Besides, our plan was not to defeat them, was to hold on. Last the last 10 minutes before the Engine managed to start.
"This is my castle, Masaki!" I answered, hoping off the Mounted Crossbow, "and you better think twice before believing I will let you take it from us like that"
"I had not heard about a summon for the Demon Queen!" he answered, checking himself for injuries. But no, that number must have been a lot for us, but not for him. "If this is some form of joke, I swear I will…!"
