'Tell me the truth right now or else I'll call the police and get you arrested'.
'Wait no! Please, I'll tell you the truth'.
Isha panicked when Kaira said that.
'I am Isha but the truth is ....well..'
'Tell me!!'.
'I'll tell you, I actually didn't lose my memories. I remember everything'.
'What?!'.
'Yes, I'm telling you the truth'.
'Then why? Why did you lie to me?'.
'I'm sorry'.
'Sorry? I knew you were lying when you said you were allergic to coffee, also, the entire thing you told me was a lie and what made me really believe that you were lying was.....
***FLASHBACK(The previous day)
'Kaira wanted to go to work after she finished talking to Isha but what Isha told her was a lie.
'She's lying.....but why?'.
Kaira got to work and decided to ask one of her colleagues whose cousin was a doctor.
'Hi Layla, can I ask you a question?'.
'Sure Kaira'.
'Your sister might have encountered patients with memory loss right?'.
'Of course, she has'.
'So can you help me ask her that is it possible for someone who forgot that they had a child to remember their allergies'.
'Sure, I will ask her but in my opinion, I think it's possible. They might have had an allergic reaction after their memory loss'.
'Oh, okay. But do you think it's possible that they might mix up directions'.
'I think so'.
Kaira sighed, she knew it was wrong for her to doubt someone who had gone through a lot but she couldn't help it.
Kaira closed from work early and decided to get a gift for Isha at the place Isha usually frequented before her disappearance.
Just as Kaira got to the store, she saw Isha going inside so Kaira decided to wait inside her car. As soon as Isha left, Kaira went inside to inquire about Isha but to her shock and surprise, she found out that Isha had been purchasing at that store quite a while
'That's not right'.
Kaira went back home to ask Isha what was going on.
She got home and ask the maids where Isha was and they told her she was in her room. Kaira then asked the maids if anyone of them had told Isha about that store but they all said no. Kiara went to Isha's room and heard her talking to someone.
*She has a phone?*.
Kaira stood by the door to listen to what Isha was saying. She seemed to be talking to someone she was familiar with.
'Honey, I already bought the necklace for our baby, she's gonna love it'.
*Does auntie have another daughter and husband? That's not right She loved Mr Henry too much, she wouldn't have gotten married again except.....*
Kaira then came to a conclusion that the person living with her was not the real Isha.
***PRESENT
'I immediately figured out something was wrong'.
'I'm really sorry Kaira'.
'There's no use being sorry, please explain yourself'.
'Yes, I will'.
'What actually happened was that I found out that Henry was cheating on me with my sister, Ava but I was already pregnant. All I had was the shares my father had transferred to me before he died and I had transferred it to Henry. I wanted to confront henry but I couldn't, I was afraid that my marriage would be over, I wished I'd done something earlier. Then, I gave birth to my Isabelle, but what Ava and Henry didn't know was that I had been pregnant with twins'.
'What?!'.
'Yes Kaira, I was pregnant with twins but it took quite a wihle before my other baby came out. Ava had already threatened me and sent me out of country C.I gave birth to my other baby outside country C but I knew I was weak, there was no way I could protect my other baby and luckily, I met an old man who was very generous. He helped me and my baby and payed for our treatments but he had an emergency and had to leave. I begged him to take my baby with him, he said he couldn't take care of her but he could put her in an orphanage if I wanted, I agreed immediately because I thought I wouldn't make it'.
Kaira sat down with Isha and patted her as tears streamed down her face.
'I asked him to please name my baby Rhea, it was my grandmother's name. He agreed and left with my baby and I never saw him again because I somehow got to country M where I was kidnapped by a doctor'.
'A doctor?'
'Yes Kaira, A doctor had kidnapped me. Turns out Henry had found me and ordered that I be kidnapped. Doctor David took care of me but we fell in love and I had a daughter with him. Her name is Lucy, and she's my world. I was happy with my new life but I keep dreaming about my daughters, I yearned for them and David offered to help me'.
'And then?'.
'I found out that Ava had indeed kept my baby safe but she was being treated like a slave there. As for my Rhea, she had been adopted by one Mr William who already had a daughter but his wife was dead. His daughter had a weak heart and I was afraid he wanted my daughter's heart as a replacement. I was relieved when my daughter mysteriously left that house, they're both married now and I don't want to just barge into their life'.
'But why did you come back to country C when you know that it was dangerous'.
'I know it was dangerous but I wanted to see my daughters once. David and I had made a plan to get Henry away from country C so that I can see my Isabelle'.
'Did it work?'
'Yes, Henry had indeed gone to country M, and he had hurt David a little but still I managed to get his attention away from my daughter. He is now looking for me all over country M'.
'That was really...why didn't you tell me all these sooner? Why did you choose to lie to me? Didn't you trust me?'.
'No dear, I didn't want you to be in trouble because of me. I had no idea that i'd run into you'.
Kaira sighed heavily, this was too shocking for her to handle.
