A masked man followed me with a bloody knife in his hand.
I ran as fast as I could, but my feet got so heavy as if I was trying to cross a quagmire.
I tried to scream but no words came out of my mouth.
I looked behind and saw it was a masked figure, following me with a bloody knife, trying to plunge it into my shoulder.
'No, no, please don't,' I begged with tears leaking out of my eyes and then I woke up and sat up straight into my bed.
My heart leapt up and down in my chest as I placed my hand on it to steady it.
That was not a good dream. The masked man could be my stalker or it could represent Azul.
Not Azul, he was my safe space but now I had this weird dream. My heart and mind were already conflicted.
I flopped back on the soft pillow and grabbed the dolphin one, squishing my chest with it but there was no relief.
The trauma of the incident was slowly creeping in and my heart refused to calm down. I tossed and turned but nothing worked.
