"Trisha?"
Anna's eyes widened slightly.
The person they rolled on a stretcher is Trisha and she had blood all over her body almost as if there had been a fatal accident and she was being rushed to this hospital.
Panic sets in, and adrenaline fuels. Anna immediately ran up to the rolling stretcher, startling the paramedics.
"Trisha, Trisha? What happened to you?"
Trisha was unconscious.
One female paramedic pushed her away. "Madam, any delay might be dangerous. Her health is already deteriorating as we speak."
Anna was terrified. That is her best friend that they were talking about here. Panic was obvious and fear, certain. Who wouldn't feel terrified seeing the bloody horry of a best friend?
Anna accompanied the paramedics as they strolled Trisha towards the Intensive care unit.
"Trisha, you'd be fine. Don't worry, you'll survive this."
And then, Anna was left outside the ICU.
