During the following minutes, the group advanced in relative silence toward their next objective. Along the way, they encountered more of those strange monsters, but the other team members dealt with them as quickly as the first ones.
In fact, Noah barely had time to collect a few items here and there. He was particularly keen on not appearing as someone who used his authority to claim the fruits of others' efforts.
At one point, they even came across other Rank 1 monsters, the Meatballians. As one might imagine, they were like meatballs on legs, adorned with golden streamers. They seemed to have slightly more robust HP bars than the Apple Earthlings but were ridiculously weak in comparison. So much so that Hunter decided to pause during their second encounter with them.
"Well, I think we've found a good opportunity to let the lady gain some experience points!" he said, observing the masses of meat armed with lances.
