Eventually, the one who asked the question answered their queen in an utterly defeated and despaired tone, "I don't know...."
The queen did not answer, as if she knew this would be her answer all along. Then Thailyn asked the queen, in her teary voice, "But...."
Before she could finish the question, Dyona cut her off: "Yes, I know. Are you supposed to give up your lives just because of those reasons?"
"The answer is no, I don't know that either. But I do know one thing. That all of you must find your resolution. I simply created the variable that shall force you all to make the choice."
"Whether you are determined to live or die that can only be decided when you are forced to walk on the edge of death. I have simply created that situation for you girls."
