"That should be all of them..." Luka muttered under his breath as he took a steadying breath.
He walked around the graveyard, stepping over the fallen zombies, his eyes scanning the area for any sign of life—or unlife.
There was nothing.
"I'm counting this as a success—"
His words were cut off by a sudden, violent thudding sound.
Thud. Thud. Thud.
Luka stopped, eyes narrowing as he looked toward the source of the noise.
His gaze landed on an old tomb, and the banging intensified, echoing throughout the graveyard.
"What the hell...?" He muttered to himself, his brow furrowing.
"Are there more of them in there?"
He shook his head.
"Whatever. Let's get this over with."
Gripping his Soulreaper dagger tightly, Luka approached.
His steps were silent against the ground as he drew nearer to the tomb.
With a swift motion, he reached out with his free hand and pushed the heavy stone door.
But as soon as the tomb opened slightly, his eyes went wide in disbelief.
