After collecting the rewards, Aaron first went to say bye to Zara, and after a few minutes of chit-chat, he left intending to go to the library, but some arrogant students blocked his path.
"Oye, are you Aaron Skyhart?" one of those arrogant students asked him.
"Sigh", Aaron sighed. He wanted to avoid these types of situations, but from the looks of it, he would be dragged into the quagmire. There was no escape. Who told him to reach the top rank?
He has no other choice. He needed to show the academy his power, though not everything, but most of it, so that they would tilt the resources towards him, and they did in the form of rewards for reaching the top.
His family can't afford much of anything, even with their improved lives right now. They were small-time cook assistants before he ranked top. Now, they have become proper cooks, but it was just a few weeks ago.
