City of Valora, Underground...
At the same time as the Alliance was having a meeting in the Capital city, there was a meeting being held between various cults in the underground world of Valora.
A lot of old men and women sat around a table. There are five chairs, each occupied by a person, a representative of their cult.
There are five cults that are prevailing in the society, each with its own agenda, but their agendas are against the agenda of the Alliance. This is why all five cults were hunted by the alliance.

"Big Three, can you now tell us the reason why we had to drop everything and come here? You know that the Alliance is actively hunting us, and when I say us, I mean us, not those low-level idiots", an old man with a goatee spoke.
"Big Two, if there was no need of urgency, do you think that I would call you all here. Moreover, we won't be in any danger now, at least not until night", another old man known as Big Three spoke.
