Silence enclosed the room like a blanket. Every single one of them was in deep thought.
"Why is that dangerous?" Olivia's voice broke the silence.
"I noticed that his body is already fighting against the poison, which means if we make his essence course round his body, it could eliminate the poison… But the problem is we can't get it back into his core," Abigail whispered the last sentence.
"That is the worst idea I have ever heard," the stranger gritted his teeth. He could not believe that they had actually gotten to this point.
The silence returned, heavier this time. It was so thick that it was suffocating.
"Then we'll find a catalyst," Olivia said, cutting through the silence like a sharp knife.
As if Abigail had finally remembered what she had forgotten, she clasped her hands together. "Exactly! All we need is to find someone who is strong enough to sustain him during the process."
