The night scenery of Tokyo was unchanged in Aira's eyes, or maybe she just hadn't noticed the changes.
She exhaled slowly, looking blankly across the sweeping landscape before her. She was sitting on the balcony of her room, drinking chamomile tea.
She was deep in thought, lost in her world, and didn't see that a handsome young man wearing nothing except plain black satin pajamas was coming toward her.
Standing right behind Aira's chair, the young man's arms immediately wrapped affectionately around her shoulders. "What are you thinking about, honey?" he whispered, kissing her exposed shoulder.
"You," she replied without a moment's pause, stroking her dear husband's cheek.
"Really?" he was pretending not to believe her, teasing her.
"Are you going to ask me to think about another man?" That hit Aira, who frowned in her husband's displeasure.
"Don't you dare? Or I will punish you in that bedroom," he threatened.
