Of course, our community is still a small nation of less than 100,000 people, so it might work adequately for the time being. However, we must carefully consider the implications for our future growth trajectory. What happens when our population reaches 1 million citizens? What about when we expand to 10 million or beyond? The systems that function smoothly at our current scale may become woefully inadequate or even dangerously dysfunctional as we grow.
It would be better to establish proper regulations from now. Everything we do will be recorded as precedent for this community.
Something we casually overlook might later become "Ohhh... the great custom established by the angel and apostles...!" or something like that.
