Lizard Serum?
Tony suddenly remembered the giant lizard that Ron had crushed to death.
But by now, Ron had already walked away.
Tony didn't bother chasing after him for answers.
"Jarvis, what's the Lizard Serum?"
Pepper also looked confused.
Jarvis responded, "Sir, this is a recording Ron asked me to show you."
A projection appeared in front of them.
"OMG—!"
Somewhere Else!!
Ron had already entered the dimensional space.
After his power level reached 500, something changed within the space.
Near the swirling vortex of the Shinobi World, a new vortex appeared.
At the same time, his personal interface displayed a new update:
[Worlds Available for Travel: 2]
Did this mean he could now travel to a new world?
Ron pondered for a moment.
"Damn it! Why am I even hesitating?!"
"It's just a new world!"
"Who cares what kind of world it is? I'll just go check it out!"
"I've already got cheats for traveling worlds—what's the point of overthinking it?!"
Madara Uchiha's death was still far off, so going back to the Shinobi World was pointless.
Might as well explore the new world first.
Ron returned to his lab, packed everything useful into his space storage, equipped his battle armor, and stepped into the vortex.
Mystic Falls
High School.
"Sir, you want to apply for a teaching position here?"
"Yes."
"I'm sorry, but your credentials are incomplete. A lot of the fields are blank, and you don't have an immunization record."
"Please, take a closer look. My credentials should be perfectly fine, right?"
In his crimson-red eyes, three tomoe slowly spun in a hypnotic dance.
The Black woman sitting in front of him suddenly went blank-eyed, her expression turning dull. She looked down at the empty documents in front of her and began flipping through them.
A few seconds later, she nodded. "You're right. It seems I made a mistake. Welcome to the faculty, Mr. Ron Stark."
Ron smiled. "It's an honor."
Arriving in a New World
After confirming that this was a modern world, Ron immediately had his AI system connect to the internet and establish an identity for him.
Even a fragment of Jarvis was more than enough to dominate this world's cybersecurity.
And when he checked his location, he saw a familiar name—
Mystic Falls.
The name of this town confirmed the identity of this new world.
It was from The Vampire Diaries, the hit TV series.
The story was about two brothers who, over a hundred years ago, fell in love with the same woman—Katherine.
But she turned out to be a vampire and eventually turned them both into vampires too.
A century later, they met a girl who looked exactly like Katherine—Elena.
The rest of the story got pretty messy.
Ron never really followed the plot closely.
The details didn't matter.
All he needed to know was that this world had supernatural powers.
Running into Familiar Faces
As he stepped out of the office, Ron saw a man walking towards him.
Deep-set eyes, a sharp nose—handsome, in a brooding kind of way.
But his whole presence radiated an eerie chill.
A vampire.
Ron didn't smell any human blood on him.
A vampire who didn't drink human blood.
That must be the younger Salvatore brother—Stefan.
With someone so principled, it wouldn't be easy to make a move against him.
The man walked into the office, and almost immediately, the same familiar conversation played out inside:
"Your documents are incomplete. You don't have an immunization record. Also, we need to see your academic transcripts."
"Please, take another look…"
Hearing the conversation, Ron's eye twitched.
It seemed like becoming a teacher here was tougher than expected.
Every other minute, someone was using mind control.
Twice in the span of two minutes.
Meeting Elena
"Hey! Are you the new student?"
A crisp voice rang in Ron's ears.
He turned his head to see two girls standing in front of him.
The one who spoke had delicate, well-defined features, smooth skin, and an air of youthful elegance—like a rose just about to bloom.
She wore a leather jacket over a thin red blouse, her long hair cascading over her shoulders.
She looked at him with a slight shyness, her big eyes blinking like they were speaking on their own.
Elena Gilbert.
As for the other girl—her best friend.
Tan skin, slightly protruding teeth.
Not exactly noteworthy in appearance.
Looking at the two girls in front of him, Ron smiled.
"No, I'm the new teacher. Biology teacher."
"Oh! I'm so sorry, Professor!"
Elena's face turned bright red with embarrassment.
She hadn't expected the handsome new guy to actually be a teacher.
"It's fine. I'm not much older than you guys."
"No need to be nervous—just think of me as a friend."
Ron smiled slightly and extended his right hand.
"Nice to meet you. My name is Ron. Ron Stark."
Elena hesitated for a second before shaking his hand. "Nice to meet you, I'm Elena Gilbert."
Feeling the softness of her hand in his, Ron raised an eyebrow slightly.
"See? Now we're acquainted."
"If you ever need anything, feel free to ask me."
"As a teacher, I have a lot of privileges, you know~"
Feeling the warmth of Ron's hand, Elena's face flushed even redder, and her gaze instinctively shifted away.
Then, out of the corner of her eye, she spotted her little brother.
Her expression instantly changed.
"Sorry, I have to go!"
With that, she ran off toward the boys' bathroom.
