Black Ops Team 16, 18, 22

"Move, move, move! Hurry up!"

"Colonel Stryker wants the bodies delivered to Base 2 within an hour!"

"Get a move on! If we're late and the Colonel gets pissed, don't blame me when you get punished!"

"F***! Hey, you! Watch your step while carrying it! You just stepped on its tail!"

"Are you just gonna stand there? Move your damn foot!"

"Damn it! Can't even handle a simple task properly!"

At the entrance of the base, the officer in charge of transporting the bodies was barking orders nonstop, yelling at anyone who didn't meet his expectations.

The special ops soldiers remained silent, their faces dark.

Deep down, they all wished this loudmouth would just drop dead.

Useless piece of crap.

The only reason he acted so high and mighty was because he had the Colonel's backing.

To him, there was God, then the Colonel, then himself.

No one liked him.

Several soldiers carrying bodies exchanged glances.

Tch! What a joke!

Just then—

Whoosh!

A sharp sound cut through the air.

Thud!

Everyone froze.

What was that?

Instinctively, they turned toward the source of the noise.

Holy sh**!

He's actually dead!?

At the factory entrance, the officer who had been yelling just a moment ago now had something black lodged deep in his forehead.

Only a small ring-shaped handle was visible on the outside.

A... throwing knife?

A throwing knife!?

Their pupils shrank in shock.

"We have an en—"

Before the words could even leave his mouth, dozens of shadows appeared around them.

Then, streaks of black light flashed through the air.

Thud, thud, thud!

One after another, bodies dropped to the ground.

Not a single person was left standing.

Each corpse had at least one or two projectiles embedded in them—either in the heart or the head.

From the group of figures, one person stepped forward.

With a light leap, he landed beside the pile of corpses.

With a simple wave of his hand, the bodies on top were flung aside, revealing the lifeless form of Nightcrawler underneath.

His body was covered in wounds—big and small—clear signs of brutal experimentation.

Even a legendary mutant like Nightcrawler couldn't escape the cruelty of human greed.

The next second, Nightcrawler's body vanished.

The figures around him disappeared just as quickly as they had arrived.

The entire ambush lasted less than thirty seconds.

If not for the dozen or so corpses at the factory entrance, it would have been hard to tell an attack even took place.

By the time the base guards came outside, there wasn't a single trace of the attackers.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu is so damn useful. When dealing with regular humans, I don't even need

much power—just send in some clones, and it's game over."

The attacker? Ron.

His target: Nightcrawler's abilities.

Instant Teleportation!

The ultimate, upgraded version of Flying Thunder God!

No need for pre-set marks—just teleport wherever he wanted.

No cooldowns, no preparation.

Simple. Efficient.

The perfect ability for surprise attacks and escapes!

And its potential was off the charts.

Rumor had it that if pushed to the limit, this power could teleport an entire skyscraper, even an entire island!

In some ways, it was far superior to Kamar-Taj's portal magic.

"Damn, what an unexpected bonus!"

Ron eagerly entered his personal dimension.

The fog inside was incredibly dense—almost half as thick as the Third Raikage's had been!

Nightcrawler was definitely Kage-level!

And not just any Kage-level.

His combat power had to be at least 700 or 800.

Maybe even higher—possibly over 1,000—thanks to his unique abilities.

Unfortunately, compared to the Third Raikage, his body was way too fragile.

He could barely withstand handgun bullets.

If he had the Third Raikage's physique, Nightcrawler could probably go toe-to-toe with the Hulk.

But now, all of his power belonged to Ron.

As Ron absorbed the fog in his dimension, it surged toward him.

Though there was a lot of it, his strengthened physique allowed him to absorb it at an incredible rate.

Within minutes, the fog was completely gone.

[Combat Power +36!]

Just as he had expected.

Back when he was below Kage-level, absorbing 500 combat power from Connors had only given him +30.

Now that he was Kage-level, absorbing Nightcrawler still granted him +36.

Meaning, Nightcrawler's combat power must have been around 700-800.

Actually... no.

He was tortured to death.

His body's energy wasn't at its peak.

If he had been alive, his combat power might have reached elite Kage-level.

But it didn't matter.

Dead was dead. Strength didn't mean sh** if you weren't alive to use it.

The extra combat power was just a nice bonus.

Ron's biggest gain was Nightcrawler's superpower!

[Instant Teleportation: Ignore distance. As long as you have enough energy, you can teleport instantly to any place you've been before! Can carry objects or living beings!]

[Note: Has merged with Flying Thunder God! Special effects unlocked!]

Special effects?

Ron tested it out.

He could mark any independent object or living being—just like a Flying Thunder God seal.

As long as the mark remained, he could teleport them remotely.

And as long as he had been to a location before, he could teleport there instantly.

Unlike Flying Thunder God, this ability had no cooldown.

The teleportation range was way beyond Flying Thunder God.

And the energy consumption? Much lower!

If he used Flying Thunder God, he could only teleport a few dozen kilometers at most—and that's if he had marked the location beforehand.

But with Instant Teleportation, he could instantly jump thousands of kilometers!

As long as he knew the place, he could arrive with a single thought!

Even teleporting with passengers barely increased the energy cost!

It was completely overpowered!

After finishing his tests, Ron suddenly had a realization.

"Wait a minute... does this mean..."

"I can be in New York and instantly teleport back to my Malibu mansion whenever I want!?"

Holy sh!!!**

"....."
