The party ends, yet everypony went back to their home. Left me alone with Stardust. I close the harmony book, Stardust walked up to me.
"So, tell me. What did you mean by the 'cataclysm would be worse than it should'?" I got nothing to do, decided to do a little dance. "It basically just indicate there would be a lot to do when the time come, and it was greatly exagerrated from what it originally are."
I put a simple stepping step with my hind legs, slently threw myself to the air. Stardust find this impressive, "I have much hope, we are strong. Also, i know her weakness." I stop dancing, i can only sigh "I hope you do. If you correct, then we have a higher winning chance." Stardust grab a cider, searching for a mug. "However, the chance is very slim." She pour the cider to the mug. "20% is the correct number of our winning."
"You want some?" She offer the cider she take, i sigh "No, that is not my style. My religion don't allow me, perhaps it is not the right time." Even when i am apart from my universe, i still believe in one true god.
She thinks about this for a while, "Too bad, i'll drink these anyway."
She jugs the whole mug and the bottle, but it barely affect her.
"You are quite strong for a young mare, that was large amount of it." Or i thought, it doesn't affect her at all.
It clicks me again.
"Metabolic acceleration?" Which Stardust replied with a nod, she was unable to speak. She was definitely high, not quite comfortable but quite handy indeed.
"Tis 03.00 AM." An hour before praying.
I clean these mess up, Stardust was knocked out on the floor.
Hopefully everypony don't get too many shots, they often drinks too many. And end up sleeping for whole 4 hours. Honestly, i not even dare to try. Let alone touch it.

All of ponies around Equestria, gathered here. On Town Hall of Ponyville, several have came from Canterlot. Found out Stardust also from another world, but she born here. Reincarnation for other said, i believe it was a possibility cause because Lady Laufenas also a reincarnator.
Stardust face immediately folds "Say what?! Your higher up was also one?!" I also told her about the defense mechanism under balcony. Still quite high on drinks.
"Well, that was true. I heard there would be something wrong here, but i can't tell you what." She said, working her hair with magic. I whisper to her "I met herself and she said she'd fought her own sister, i don't know she had one."
Her eyes widens, and began to tremble. "You're joking right? It coudn't be that bad."
"Sadly, i have no such ability to arrange things on my own to deceive the truth." Her feelings is too strong, i also feel the things she felt.
The birds start singing by Fluttershy's instruction.
Light was shouted from a massive stage light to Mayor Mare, she start the opening for Celestia's arrival. My heart pounding as an anticipation for what would come next.
With the crowd silent, Mayor began her speech. "Fillies and Gentlecolts!" Her voice echo trough the whole room "As Mayor of Ponyville, it is my great pleasure to announce the beginning of the Summer Sun Celebration!"
Everypony cheered exept for two of us, "What happened Vey?" Cid asked. "Anticipating and you will know about it."
"In just a few moments, our town will witness the magic of the sunrise and celebrate this the longest day of the year!" I prepare myself for the worst, equip my control rune.
"And now, it is my great honor to introduce to you the ruler of our land." I also notice Twilight also trembling, anticipating for the worst.
"The very pony who gives us the sun and the moon each and every day the good the wise." What did she meant wise? I have seen her really depend on somepony other than herself. "The bringer of harmony to all of the Equestria."
Then i saw the moon, "Seal unlocked." I stare at the rune, almost rushing myself there.
Mayor Mare continue "Princess Celestia!"
The curtains open, nopony was there. Left everypony confused, my guts just kicks in and immediately levitate myself silently into the activation rune.
"Remain calm everypony, there must be a reasonable explanation." I visibly see Mayor Mare also ready to get the course of action, gesturing to guards. "Get your guard on." Thus the guards stand on position.
"She's gone!" Rarity said on the balcony. Rendering everypony gasped in dread.
Suddenly i felt a sting sensation, it is not welcoming and it is not happy about what is happening here. "There she was." Thus i activate the rune, it is barely visible to anypony at all.
The figure was tall black alicorn mare with armor covering her whole body and a large wings. Larger than her own body just like Celestia's. She said "Oh my beloved subjects, it's been so long since i've seen your precious little sun loving faces."
Rainbow having guts to say things to her, i can do nothing about "What did you do with our princess?!" She just shown agression towards her, this activate the barrier.
"Rats!" I said, make this tall mare realized.
"Ah, a barrier. Quite clever for whoever made this, but this means nothing." Her hoof faze through the barrier with no effort, left Mayor speechless.
She did this several times, slowly burst into laughter and nopony dare to intertwine. "What kind of joke is this?!" She said.
"Answer my Questions." Rainbow said with deep anger, her body start to slow down.
"Why? Am i not royal enough for you?" She expand her wings further, exeeding 10 metre in wingspan. "Or maybe you don't know who i am?" I can't handle this anymore, but i can't show agression. Thus raising suspicion more, is Rarity still on the balcony? She is, maybe she was already dammed.
I tried to alocate Stardust and i found her, i gave a signal for her to teleport here.
The Nightmare Moon lean towards Fluttershy, she said "Does my crown no longer worth anything now that i have been prisoned for A thousand Years?!"
I cannot speak and not raising suspicient at the same time, Stardust hold me on before i do something stupid. I calmed down, seal my magic on myself.
She leans towards Rarity and play with her jaw "Did you not recall the legend?"
"Did you not see the signs?"
Stardust and Twilight speaks up with guts on herself "I did. And i know who you are." Her eyes narrow, so do Stardust. Trying her best to conceal us as a total. "You're the mare in the moon. Nightmare Moon!"
Everypony gasped, but i only do it silently. As i get my way into the balcony, i leave Stardust behind.
"Well Well Well, somepony who remembers me." I got closer to this Nightmare Moon, not daring to touch or even get closer than 3 metre.
Nightmare Moon turns sideways and said "Then you also know why i'm here."
Twilight get overpressurized can't answer, thus two of the overhardened guts are ready to answer.
TipStir mare said while flying "You wish for an eternal night! You want appreciation and you think, by doing this. You're doing everypony favor!" And
Stardust said the exact same thing "You're here to bringforth the eternal night. And odd enough, you think you're doing everypony a favor."
The Nightmare Moon chuckles and apreciate the response of these two mares, then she continue. "remember this day, ponies. The very last time you saw the sun. From this moment forward, the night will reign forever!" She laugh and she immediately confused, this concern her a little.
"Seize her!" Mayor command the guards while staying at the rune, ready to empty the excessive magic.
"Stand back you Foals!" Her thunderstrike didn't work, being absorbed by the barrier. I immediately rush towards her with all my courage, throwing Nightmare Moon from the balcony with me and the same time i saw a sevreal energy beam hitting Nightmare Moon.
The guards backing down several civilians from balcony, i pin Nightmare Moon as Stardust charging magic. She said "Should talk less Moony, you wasting words in this platform." She blast a concentrated magic beam, i sense the danger and pin Nightmare Moon with control rune instead.
Her body was injured but it quickly heal in no time.
She break free from my control and shrug off Stardust concentrated beam, "I'll start with you first." She began to fly upwards, grabbing Stardust by the throat.
"What an unhonorable sight, the one who cheat shall down fi-" I deliver a kick enough to throw Nightmare Moon into the ground, but it surely not enough to take her down. I can feel Stardust shiver, i also sense danger approach.
Nightmare Moon charges at me "You little piece of body bag!"
I barely dodge her charge and got a bloody graze from it.
Nightmare Moon did a sharp turn and grab me by back of my head and drag me across the road, others we're on evacuation from this horrifying sight.
My face was full of cuts from several crumbs of stone, she drive me up and turn to my face.
"Poor thing, i thought your bigger body could match me."
Her hoof resembles that of hammer, began to slam down to my face with enough force to splill my brains. "Perish!"
I stare at my suposed death, but light began to form aside her and Nightmare Moon disappear. Left me alone, on the further street of Ponyville. Thus saving my life from death gaze, i can feel several broken bones on my face.
"VEY!" I heard that shout and it was Cid, she appear out of tears and a sad face.

------[Rewind several moments ago]----{3rd POV}------

Before her hoof smash into Veyrl's skull, she have been teleported into another place.
Her face suprised, immediately expect something. "You have planned all of this, sister." Her gaze focused on what came with Celestia, whole army of thousands. (10th thousand to be exact)
"You don't give me choice, i must do this before you give an eternal night!" Nightmare Moon began to materialize several shadow puppets, thus resebling an army. Equal to the number of Celestia's.
Giggles run down trough this tense moment from Nightmare Moon "Don't you think those thousand warrior of yours can take me down!"
Two of them began to clash with one another and the armies of each side also rush into one another, began the bloody war.

------[Time practically stops at 05.00 AM]----(This happen for two hours)------

A lot of stabbing were utilized from these two's battle, bringing back several things from Celestia's past and grieves. But none of that matters now, fact that Nightmare Moon can overpower Celestia on this war.
Doing her signature, Nightmare Moon pin Celestia to the ground with her hoof ready to end this once and for all "Luna, please. Don't do this." Celestia helplessly cries, thus make Nightmare Moon hesitates. She just sever Celestia's magic flow and make her immobilized, retracting all of her shadow puppets and zip up to the said position of the real danger.
"I'LL NEVER LET YOU!" Warcry of a mad flying mare, smashing trough Nightmare Moon's armor like piece of wet clay. It was a glowing robed pegasi, she mercilessly slam her hoof into Nightmare Moon's body. we call her "Mad Saintess."
Left no room for Nightmare Moon to cast anything but a knockback magic, it seems like it was no longer work as more magic flow carelessly from Saintesses body. Even consecutively revocer her injuries, just like Nightmare Moon.
This trigger something inside of Nightmare Moon, it was pure anger. An anger that roots from another universe, went trough all of hardships and pure pain.
This is no longer the same entity we know helping over Luna, but other thing from out of this world.
It force to teleport the Saintess away and heal Nightmare Moon condition rightaway.

"Shit!" I said, for myself. I am not expecting Moony to be this agressive and fast, now it's time to serious.
"Castle of two sisters i see." I immediately got myself up, storing several items and my courage to keep going. "I am coming there, girls!"

I teleported at the right time, slightly later than ever.
"Stardust!" Twilight shouts, left me sligtly panicked. "Hey." Is my only response, as i face this fog of purple magic ash.
Twilight said this while she was on the ground "Wha- but- shudn't you resting, on your bed?!" Moony suprisingly calmed down, i don't know what to say.
Stubborn Twilight trying to charge a magic attack, left Moony disappointed. I can do nothing yet, my magic drained out from that blast earlier.
"Really? Then try me!" Moony said, charge at Twilight with lightning speed. I seriously can't see what was happening, i just saw Moony suddenly blinks. Like Moony transmitting herself into the other side, but the one teleporting was Twilight.
She successfully do a sparks and activate the elements, but Moony just strike Twilight so hard. Twilight was flatlined into the wall.
Moony step between the elements and smash them to pieces. TipStir successfully save one of the elements. Nightmare Moon coldly said "How it feels like, your last 'Hope' shatter into pieces? And why did you save only one?" Nightmare moon began to gave TipStir a one hit treatment, got her crashing to the wall just like what Twilight have experienced.
I notice she no longer have her maniacal laughter, like something hit her so hard.
"Whatever." I replenish my vitality with my magic leftovers.
She gave a jarring stare at me "Still choose to rebel? I underestimated your determination, foal." She dash towards me, attempting to do the same thing she did before.
I fortunately got away in time and avoid her attack, she are inch away from my neck.
"Come back here you monster!" A familiar sound and blinding light came from the sky, she looks like a Battle Saintess. Flow of magic resemble wings, magical robe overflowing from her body just like steam. Smashing Nightmare Moon's spine, it was shocking.
I startle at this moment and so do everypony else, the anger from our Mad Saintess here was a merciless warcy. Tearing trough Nightmare Moon's wings and smashing her to pure magic, but all of that was just a matter of time. Soon, Nightmare Moon began to fight back.
Their battle was blinding, i can't keep up with them. I remember, "Acceleroo!" I accelerate my brain and body, enhancing it with magic.
'I got bit to no time for a speech, this was a real fight.'
I finnaly keep up with both, still slower than you think. I got several things, blasting off several magic beam and slowly replenish my magic.
Our Mad Saintess here began to bleed, so do i. Nightmare Moon here was too strong, stronger than she originally were. Whatever the reason is, she give chill no more. As her rage built up, so do our Mad Saintess.
My acceleroo can't keep up and it ended up with me getting thrown out of the battle, but i have another plan.

------{Nightmare Moon POV}------

This foal really give me a fight she can't deliver earlier, i don't have time to deal with her. But she left me no choice, she was an obstacle on MY WAY!
For a split second i see, one levitating foal. She gave a smirk, i don't understand.
Suddenly a loud bang struck my ear, also a blinding light cover my eyes. Left me falling down, i don't recognise that type of attack. And it also seems this was a double edged attack, because i felt the foal attacking me also falling down.
I brace for impact and trying to regain my sight, but i continously attacked by a tungsten hoof. The same one i have to deal with on the air, the one who flow light. My barrier hold no means on blocking the incoming attack of hers, it just gave up.
I cannot allow this and also tried to fight back.
"You left me no choice!" I said before releasing large amount of magic discharge, the foal fell down. She thinks no more.
I descend, ready to deliver the final blow. Now what did i see?
Six foals. Levitates. With power. The same one, that banish me. Imprison me. For A THOUSAND YEARS!
It was too late, i fell for their trap and the worst of all. The falling foal also pin me with her sacrificing her own body and hold me tight, i can't escape this no more.

------{3rd POV}------

As Mane six blast the existene out of Nightmare Moon, it remind her of warmth. The same one Celestia gave her, the same one as her mother give.
By all odds, saintesses magical robe slowly blow to dust. Reveal herself as Veyrl de Valens, covered up on her own magic. Completely Left Stardust suprised, but also hoping Veyrl also suvived. She also felt sign of relief, her body went fresh again with no broken bones.
The blast soon ended, but all they see was remains of what Nightmare Moon actually are. An alicorn.
All of the Mane six are fainted, their injuries existed no more.
Stardust walk down despite dust still covering the places, "It was pure destruction i see." Also She saw Vey's skin suprisingly hold well with burn from the energy blast, the thing dripping out of Veyrl was blood. Vey gave Stardust final warning, "Maybe this hold radiatio-" Vey collapse to the ground, "Welp, she survived nonetheless."
"Unghh, did we defeat Nightmare Moon?" TipStir finnaly awake and walking from the crumbs of this castle, sounds like she also have healed from the injuries she got earlier.
Stardust walks down "Yes, we are. And you just got thrown out like a ragdoll, why did did you do that?" Left TipStir quite embarassed, she walk up to the place where Nightmare Moon got blasted. "I love gambling, with my life..." She stare at Luna.
"That, suits you well." Stardust also paying attention to Luna's body, she was unconscious.
TipStir point at Vey, "Is she alright with that peeled off skin? I found it terrifying if she wander around like that."
"Just believe me, she IS. Well, not now. Also it make sense i guess, she was the one who went all out against Nightmare Moon. No wonder she goes out." As the Mane six regain their consciousness.
Twilight looked up, she saw Stardust and TipStir face. She immediately went to check them, turn out they were left unschate. "Thank Celestia, you two alright."
"As you can see, pristine as diamond." And TipStir went on full pride. "Greener than ever."
Stardust turn her gaze at Twilight's new magical crown, it was quite different. "Hm, nice crown there Twilight."
"Thanks, i guess." The mane five also get an accesories, it was a necklace.
"Wow Twilight, i thought you speaking a bunch of hoo-ey. I guess we really are the elements of harmony." Luna now slightly awake, after the one who help her vanish out of this world.
Time starting to move again, revealing a sunrise. Thus descend full armored Celestia with almost no scathe. You ask "How?"
Celestia store her armor into a pocket dimension "Indeed, you are." Everypony bow down but Twilight and Stardust, Vey still unconcious.
"Princess Celestia." Twilight said while getting a little close to Celestia. Stardust on the other hand, just stare at Luna while walking towards Celestia. Twilight give celestia a warm come back, so does Stardust but she did it less out of spirit.
Twilight give Stardust a big hug, celebrating. "We did it! We defeat Nightmare Moon!" Stardust give a faint chuckle, "Sure we did. I guess it wasn't Just a pony tale huh?"
"Indeed, it wasn't." Celestia began to walk, moving in pattern. "I have foresaw the Nightmare Moon's return, and I knew you are the right ponies who have the magic to defeat her." She form a magic flower around Vey's unconscious body. "You can't unleash it, until you let true 'friendship' get into your heart." She stop on Luna's body, she said "Now if only another will to, Princess Luna."
We can saw several tears have come down from Luna's eyes, she can barely hold it anymore. "It's been a thousand years since i see you like this." She lift Luna's jaws upwards with left front hoof. "Let's put out differences aside, and rule as old times. Dear sister."
The mane six gasped they said "Sister?!" Stardust and TipStir looks unimpressed, the two began to rest.
"Wilth thou accept my friendship?" Celestia offer her hoof to Luna, Veyrl began to awake.
Luna histerically cries, she said "I am so sorry, I miss you sister!" Which put Celestia on tears too, somehow this also put tears to everypony's eyes. Including Stardust, she still not believe this is also more emotional than it should.
Celestia hug Luna, "I miss you too dear sister."
"RAAH! Did we defeat Nightmare Moon?!" Very surprisingly wake up with several skin of hers still not fully recover, she just shook it off. Everypony was spooked, including Celestia herself.
Her anger was subsided, her magic still uncontrolled and flowing carelessly but no longer resemble a robe and wings. "Is that Nightmare Moon?" Her gaze fixed at Luna, terrify her by the thing she also experienced. Celestia intertwine "No, she was my sister. I understand you also fought Nightmare Moon, but please not take this as a grudge."
"Well, that was something new." Stardust said, knowing well Celestia was never this pressurized.
Vey sat down "I am curious you know, oh." She realized and begn to bow down. "My apologies Grand Lady, also my apologise for ruining your happy moments." Suddenly her attitude was changed, truly odd moments.
Pinkie as she was always the overreacting one "Hey, you know what this means? A party!" Throw out her superior passive illusion magic, starting to went back with everypony else.

------{Veyrl's POV}------

I follow everypony else, i saw Stardust approaching me. I turn to her, "What tis wrong, Stardust?" She point at my body, thus i saw myself. I am half naked, my armor was broken. "RATS!"
"I told you, if you keep your drip safe." Stardust eye follow a pattern, she said "You should keep it away from this moments, also i am still concern about your skin." I shrug it off and just walk towards Ponyville, i have expected more from Nightmare Moon. My burn mark would heal, it would take matter of weeks before i can totally heal them.

"Vey!" that was young master's voice, she run at me with mixture of worry, and joy. I gave her a big hug, she also give me one. "Are you seriously okay with that?" Once again she worried about me, "You know what thing concern me most?"
Master goes by "What is it?" I inhale and "My control rune was broken! Also, i broke my armor." I felt like i overdramatized this, i also see a spark of opportunity on Stardust eyes.
"May i know what the meaning behind those smirks, Stardust?" I gave a stare before putting Master behind my back.
"Don't you dare to say Nothing."
"Um, Nothing." Just as i thought, she jsut dismiss it.
"Fine then, if you decided to say so." I know Celestia have a kind of fight with Nightmare Moon, it also cause a bloodshed. However no loss by Nightmare Moon.

------{Celestia's POV}------

I remember well, two third of my army are heavily injured. 40 lost their life, and all of them was teleported back to Canterlot. "I am so sorry for the lives i had take down, it was horrible. I would never do that, i never meant it!" Luna said this with heavy heart, very understandable indeed.
"Hey, atleast they accomplish well. They are able to bring you back, despite the cost." I gaze down, knowing this was very wrong. No thing, ever. I haven't lost several brave soul, in a thousand years.
But here i am, enjoying this banquet while others was griefing. It is just wrong, i know this is not what i am suposed to do.
"Spend a little more time won't hurt." I lied.
Stardust said "Whats with the sad face, Twilight?" Sparks my curiousity, i also replied "Are you disappointed that your completed mission, thus resulting you to come back to Canterlot?" Is my prediction, thus came true.
"Thats, it. Just when i learned how wonderful it was to have friends, i have to leave them." Perfectly ironic line for a young mare who focus on study, i completely agree.
Sometimes reality was harsh "Spike, take a note please." I began to inhale. "I, Princess Celestia. Hereby decree that unicorn Twilight Sparkle, a new mission for Equestria. She must continue to study the magic of friendship. She must report her new findings from her new home, Ponyville."
Her gaze turn happy, i can totally see that. I also take a little look at Luna, she doesn't look impressed.
"Oh, thankyou Princess Celestia! I promise, i'll study harder than before!" All ponies are cheering, i once again take a look at Luna. Her anger also lightly builts up, i don't mean to do this. But i must to.
Then somepony lightly tap me, so i turn down. It was Stardust, she was quite stiff "Umm, Princess Celestia. Could i also-"
I gave her a faint chuckle, "Of course, you can also live in Ponyville with Twilight." I saw her sinister looking smirk, always did that whenever she can.
"Thank you, thank you, Thank You!"
I turn to the party planner, i believe her name was Pinkamena Dianne Pie. "Excuse me, young mare. We have several important things to do at Canterlot. So, my apologies for leaving the party earlier than it should."
"Understandable, Princess Celestia." Was her response, i expect more from her hyperactive nature.
I declare to all of the party attendance "My apologies, fillies and gentlecolts. There was a call from Canterlot i need to fix, therefore i can no longer attend this precious party."
"Leaving already? Why didn't you stay longer?" Stardust said, she still have a glass of juice on her hoof. "I have something important to do at Canterlot, this was an urge. And i forbid you to follow me, it was a difficult cause."
Stardust nods before she walk away, i also notice her faint smile.
"Lets go, Luna."
