"Now," Caspian began, his voice echoing throughout the grand hall, "I will explain what the documents in your hand entails and why it is important to establish the roles and expectations of everyone involved."
He glanced at the document in his hand, then looked back at the crowd. "The Alphas will be excluded from the training programme sessions."
A few surprised murmurs fluttered through the hall.
"This is not a slight to their strength or capabilities," Caspian continued smoothly. "Rather, it is a strategic move. Each Alpha knows their pack best. They are responsible for forming comprehensive strategies for the war to come. The Alphas must work together to create plans that combine the strengths of all our packs, adapting to the shifting circumstances of battle.
The crowd nodded, some of the Alphas exchanging thoughtful looks.
