Solene clapped her hands, looking intrigued by the pastries Primrose mentioned.
"Yes! I think that's fine!" she said excitedly.
"We actually eat those kinds of pastries too, but since they are usually served at banquets, we never thought of putting them on the tea party menu."
Primrose honestly didn't get it.
Big chunks of meat were perfectly acceptable for a tea party, yet small meat pastries could only be found at banquets? That didn't make much sense to her.
Noticing the confusion on Primrose's face, Solene quickly added,
"Well, the pastries are too small for us. We only serve them at big events, like banquets, where there's plenty of food to make up for it."
Ah, that explained it.
No wonder her ladies-in-waiting always said she ate too little, even though, in her heart, Primrose felt like she had been eating too much ever since she first stepped into this kingdom.
Maybe they told her she hadn't changed much, so she could eat more without worrying about her weight.
