After finishing his meditation session in the garden, Echo stretched his arms, feeling a faint warmth lingering inside him. He wasn't sure if he had absorbed much energy, but the process itself was strangely refreshing.
Raylan nodded approvingly. "Not bad for your first day. Keep practicing, and you'll see progress."
Echo grinned. "Got it, Dad."
"Come on, let's eat."
At the mention of food, Echo's stomach rumbled loudly, making both him and Raylan chuckle.
They walked back into the house, where Eileen had already set the table. The warm aroma of roasted meat and fresh bread filled the air, making Echo's mouth water.
"Perfect timing," Eileen said with a smile as she placed a steaming plate in front of him. "You must be hungry after your training."
Echo nodded eagerly, grabbing a piece of meat with his fork and taking a big bite. The rich, juicy flavor melted in his mouth.
"Mmm! This is so good!"
Eileen laughed softly. "Eat as much as you want. You need strength to grow."
